| At present, gynecological malignant tumor has become a major threat to women’s life, the most important of which is the incidence of endometrial cancer and cervical cancer, and the incidence of them tends to be younger. Due to the lack of effective early detection and treatment, gynecological malignant tumor has become a serious threat to women’s health. In recent years, it has been found that the main component of hyaluronic acid, which is secreted by a variety of cells, including tumor cells, is involved in the localization and migration of the cells. Therefore,it is generally believed that hyaluronic acid is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. In this study, 44 samples of ovarian carcinoma, 39 endometrial cancer and 35 cervical carcinoma were collected from 118 patients with gynecological malignant tumor. by pathological examination, immunohistochemical analysis of tumor markers (CA125, CA199,SCC and HE4) and measure the content of hyaluronic acid in serum of all patients , then the biostatistics analysis method was used for results analysis, the results are as follows:The mean value of serum hyaluronic acid in 20 patients of non gynecological tumors was 189.15±48.029, compared with the serum levels of hyaluronic acid (HA) in patients with non gynecologic tumors, the mean serum hyaluronic acid levels in patients with ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer were (293.75 + 173.08) and (239.57 + 61.70) respectively, reached a very significant difference (P<0.01),while the content of serum hyaluronic acid in cervical cancer (237.30 + 118.01) was not significant. The analysis of the orrelation between lymphatic metastasis, differentiation, clinical stage and serum hyaluronic acid in patients with ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer and cervical cancer showed as follows:The hyaluronic acid content in gynecologic malignant tumor patients serum had a significant difference (P<0.05) compared with no cancer lymph node metastasis patients.Whereas cancer lymph node metastases is reached the extremmly significant difference(P<0.01).The results showed that ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer and cervical cancer of gynecologic malignant tumor lymphatic metastasis or not hyaluronic acid content increased in patients with serum have a extremely significant positive correlation.Ovarian cancer serum hyaluronic acid content and differentiation level there is no significant difference between ovarian cancer; endometrial carcinoma serum hyaluronic acid content and endometrial differentiation level have significant difference (P<0.01); the content of hyaluronic acid in serum of cervical cancer patients, only in the high degree of differentiation was significantly different from non tumor patients serum hyaluronic acid content (P<0.05).Ovarian and endometrial cancer serum hyaluronic acid in siginificant differences with dfferent clinical stage (P<0.05),but the cervical cancer serum hyaluronic acid content has nothing to do with clinical stage.According to the critical value of serum tumor markers of CA125 (35 U/mL), CA19-9(37 U/mL), HE4 (150pmol/L), and SCC (1.5 ng/mL), ovarian cancer, and the correlation between the content of hyaluronic acid analysis showed tumor sign of endometrial carcinoma and cervical cancer patients with gynecological cancer in serum:The serum of patients with ovarian cancer tumor markers of CA125, HE4 and CA199 detection and the actual diagnosis accuracy rate were 95.45%, 50% and 27.27%. Further analysis of hyaluronic acid content in patients that serum tumor markers (CA19-9 and HE4)were detected in negative, and compare the contents of hyaluronic acid in serum of patients with malignant tumor in gynecology, the difference reached significant (P<0.05) and wery significant (P<0.01) level. It is suggested that patients ovarian cancer hyaluronic acid detection is more sensitive than tumor markers CA19-9 and HE detection. In patients with endometrial cancer serum tumor markers CA125 and CA199 with the actual diagnosis accuracy rate were 42.86% and 32.43%, endometrial tumor markers hyaluronic acid content of CA125 and CA19-9 in patients with negative serum and non tumor patients were compared to significantly (P<0.05) and a very significant difference(P<0.01), suggesting that patients with endometrial cancer hyaluronic acid may be higher than the detection of tumor markers of CA125 and CA19-9 are more sensitive. The cancer tumor marker SCC of patients with cervical cancer detection results and actual diagnosis accuracy rate is 57.14%.The accuracy of serum tumor markers SCC in patients with cervical cancer was 57.14%, and only the tumor markers SCC positive serum hyaluronic acid content was significantly different compared with non tumor patients(P<0.05)Our results showed that, in the diagnosis of gynecological malignant tumors (ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer), the detection of hyaluronic acid content is more sensitive than the detection of some current tumor markers in serum (such as HE4 and CA19-9). Of course, the results of this study is only a preliminary work, also not profound enough, sample collection is also limited, and further research is needed for our preliminary results. |
