Expression And Clinical Significance Of TUBB6 In Gastric Cancer Tissues

Objective:To observe the expression and positioning of TUBB6 in gastric cancer tissues and analyze the relationship between TUBB6 and clinical pathological parameters of the gastric cancer.Methods:Immunofluorescence was used to detect the positioning of TUBB6 in the gastric cancer cell line(BGC-823)and the normal gastric mucosa cell line(GES-1).The expression of TUBB6 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The clinical pathological parameters were analyzed statistically.Results:TUBB6 was mainly located in the cytoplasm and stained in the cytoplasm.TUBB6 expression in gastric cancer tissues and cancer cell lines was stronger than that in normal gastric tissues and normal gastric cells.There were statistically significant differences in TUBB6 expression between gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues(x2=8.209.P=0.004).The positive expression rate of TUBB6 in gastric cancer tissues was 88.9%(80/90).TUBB6 expression in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was statistically significant in pathological type,tissue differentiation,depth of infiltration,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and Lauren typing(P<0.05).There was not statistically significant in gender or age(P>0.05).Conclusion:High expression of TUBB6 in gastric cancer tissues was closely related to the pathological type,tissue differentiation,depth of infiltration,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and Lauren typing.The results indicated that TUBB6 could be used as a new clinical biomarker,which may be related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer or predict the prognosis of gastric cancer.
