Background and Purpose:The correlation between the expression of HER-2 and the age, estrogen receptor?ER?,progesterone receptor?PR?,nuclear proliferating antigen?Ki-67?expression,histological grade, pathological stage, axillary lymph node metastasis was studied. The correlation between the two provides a basis for predicting the prognosis of breast cancer and optimizing treatment strategies.Method:This study used a retrospective analysis method to collect breast cancer patients treated with breast thyroid surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jishou University from January 2016 to January 2018.A total of 120 patients who were eligible for screening were included in the study.Immunohistochemistry or fluorescence in situ hybridization was used to detect HER-2 protein overexpression or gene amplification in breast cancer. The correlation between the expression of HER-2 and the of age,ER,PR and Ki-67 expression, histological grade, pathological stage, the number of axillary lymph node metastasis in 120 breast cancer patients was studied.Result:Among the 120 patients who met the enrollment criteria,80were HER-2 negative and 40 were HER-2 positive.Age:31 cases for?35years old,and 89 cases for>35 years old.53 cases were?x2=0.510,P=0.510?ER negative, and 67 cases were positive.56 cases were?x2=35.753,P=0.000,r=-0.546,P=0.000?PR negative and 64 cases were positive.63 cases for?x2=35.424,P=0.000,r=-0.543,P=0.000?Ki-67?14%,and 53 cases for Ki-67>14%.?x2=38.496,P=0.000,r=-0.566,P=0.000?Histological grade:21 cases for G1 grade?highly differentiated?,67 cases for G2 grade?medium differentiation?,and 32 cases for G3 grade?low differentiation?.?x2=6.077,P=0.048,r=0.051,P=0.580?TNM staging:16cases for stage I,30 cases for stage II,and 74 cases for stage III.?x2=8.320,P=0.016,r=0.253,P=0.005?Axillary lymph node metastasis:15 cases for PN0,29 cases for PN1,55 cases for PN2,and 21 cases for PN3.?x2=9.790,P=0.020,r=0.273,P=0.003?.Conclusion:1.Age and histological grade were not associated with HER-2expression.ER,PR,pathological stage, axillary lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 expression were associated with HER-2 expression.2.HER-2 expression was negatively correlated with ER and PR expression, suggesting that hormone receptor-positive breast cancer may have different effects on endocrine therapy and anti-HER-2 therapy. However, its specific mechanism and clinical significance need further study.3.HER-2 expression was positively correlated with pathological stage, axillary lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 expression, which has reference value for predicting the prognosis of breast cancer and the choice of treatment plan.
