.292 Cases Of Breast Cancer Clinical And Pathological Characteristics

Objective:The aim of this study is to analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with breast cancer,and explore the regularity and characteristics of incident in our province.Method:From 2002 to 2003,292 patients received operation in our hospital were diagnosed as breast cancer in pathology,we collected and analysed their records by Excel tables and SPSS statistic software,including clinical characteristic,such as distribution of ages,menses status,preoperative tumor excision biospy,tumor position,size of primary tumor,metastatic status of axillary lymph nodes,TNM staging and so on:and their tumor pathological types,hormonal receptor status,expression feature of oncogene HER-2;and status of risk grouping,compared these records with of others internal and oversea reports.Result:From 2002 to 2003,292 patients to accord with the condition were collected in our hospital.the recoeds discovered that the midian age of all patients was 46 years old,earlier 2-3 years than internals,the ages ranged from 30-59 years old,by 86.3%,including the ages ranged from 40-49 years old, by 37.7%,and then ranged from 30-39 and 50-59 years old,respectively by 24.3%.the percent of premenopausal patients was 63.4%,the age less than 35 years old was took by 14%.the percentage of left and right side tumor was similar basically,the predilection site was upper-outside quadrant,by 50.7%,and then upper-inside quadrant,by 18.5%.the percent of patirents received the preoperative tumor excision biospy were 40.1%of all. In TNM staging,the size of primary tumor was mainly T2 by 54.6%,and then T1 by 26.8%.The rate of axillary lymph nodes metastasis was 51.4%,the most of which was stageⅡ,by 56.2%,and then stageⅢby 27.9%.the non-special invasived cancer was major by 91.8%,the positive ratio of estrogen and progestogen receptor were respectively 87.7%and 85.1%,the over expression of her-2 was detectable in 36.8%,the majority of our patients belonged to hight-risk group,by 94.1%.Conclusion:The age of our patients was young,and the youth tendency of incident age was obvious,whose clinical stages were advanced,the majority belonged to hight-risk group and high-malignant degree.
