The Problem And Way Out Of The Use Of Mental Rehabilitation Resources From The Perspective Of Empowerment

Recently,our government gradually focuses on mental health.Rehabilitation resources have become more scientific and diversified.Effective using rehabilitation resources in patients with mental disorders is conducive to the recovery of patients'condition and social function.But in reality,many patients fail to actively and effectively use rehabilitation resources.Therefore,how to use rehabilitation resources effectively is worth studying.Based on empowerment theory and case study method,this study comprehensively analyzed the problems of using rehabilitation resources for inpatients with mental disorders,and studied the way to solve the problems,taking the "Gonghua Community·Youmingtang " in W Hospital as an example.In the early stage of the study,through the analysis of research data it was found that there were three problems in the process of using rehabilitation resources for mental disorders patients in psychiatric hospitals.Including:(1)on the individual level,stigma affects the use of rehabilitation resources;(2)at the interpersonal level,the weak social support system limits patients' knowing of rehabilitation resource information.;(3)at the community level,insufficient publicity affects patients' awareness of rehabilitation resources,and exclusion of hospital environment hinders patients' recognition of hospital resources.Thus,the study focused on how to solve the problem.It was found that the way out for the use of rehabilitation resources can start from the empowerment of individuals,interpersonal and community levels,including:(1)mobilize the initiative of using rehabilitation resources through patients'self-empowerment;(2)expand social support network to help patients have more channels to use rehabilitation resources;(3)In the hospital community environment we should promote diversified propaganda methods of rehabilitation resources information and build a humanized rehabilitation environment,so that let patients know the rehabilitation resources and enhance their recognition of the resources in the hospital.
