Effect Of Rehabilitation Therapy On Quality Of Life And Physiological Status Of Patients After PCI

Objectives:To investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation exercise on the living quality and mental state of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous translumnal coronary interventionMethods:Thirty-eight patients who had a surgery of PCI in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and,according to the random number table,divide them into the rehabilitation group(18 cases)and the control group(20 cases).In the control group,postoperative routine education and dual antiplatelet therapy were performed.But in the rehabilitation group,besides doing the same things as the control group,24 postoperative cardiac rehabilitation therapies were added.For about 3 months,before and after intervention,both groups had done the cardiopulmonary exercise test,6 minutes walk test,quality of life assessment scale SF--36 and patient health questionnaire depression scale PHQ-9,color doppler echocardiography,NT-ProBNP,compare the the change of V02Peak,anaerobic threshold,metabolic equivalent peak,metabolic equivalent,resting heart rate,NT-ProBNP,LVEF%,LVDd,CRP and so on.Results:After three months,when compared to the result of the control group’s values and the values before treatment,the values of LVDd,CRP,NT-ProBNP,the values of SF-36 and resting heart rate in the rehabilitation group were significantly lower.The differences were statistically significant.The V02Peak,6 minute walk test distance,anaerobic threshold,metabolic equivalent peak and metabolic equivalent anaerobic thresholdof the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group,and these differences were statistically significant.LVEF%in the rehabilitation group had no significant change compared with that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Cardiac rehabilitation exercise significantly improved the living quality and psychological status of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
