Objective:1 by observing the relationship between coronary heart disease and noncardiac coronary heart disease(CPET)assessment and coronary artery lesion(Gensini score),to explore the correlation between CPET and the severity of coronary heart disease.2 by observing under the guidance of CPET to develop a scientific basis and individualized based on aerobic exercise of the heart rehabilitation program,through a reasonable exercise prescription,combined with conventional treatment regimen,improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease,to contribute to its early return to society.Methods:I collected in March 2016-December 2016 in our hospital cardiology to chest pain,chest tightness for the treatment of parallel coronary angiography in male patients with 104 cases,a retrospective analysis of the 104 patients was performed,mainly include:name,age,low density lipoprotein,blood glucose,left ventricular ejection fraction and pati-ent risk factors such as questionnaire,the results of coronary angiography,CPET assessment as an indicator.According to the results of coronary angiography and coronary heart disease diagnosis criteria will be divided into patients with non-coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease group,coronary heart disease group was subdivided into non PCI group and PCI group,a retrospective study was conducted on the severity of coronary heart disease and risk factors and CPET assessment in thr-ee groups of patients.To observe the co-rrelation between the sev-erity of coronary heart disease(Gensini score)and the CPET assessment.CPE-T evaluation index selection:Peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak).Peak oxygen up-take%Pred(VO2peak%pred)、Peak oxygen uptake per Kilogram(VO2peak/Kg)、Peak metabolic equivalent of energy(Peak Mets)、Peak oxygen pulse(Peak O2 pulse)as will as index,statistical analysis was performed,thus deriving the correlation between them.2.80 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease,according to the patient’s own wishes to group:voluntary acceptance of conventional treatment for the control group of 40 cases,actively receiveed conventional therapy combined with exercise therapy for the experimental gr-oup of 40 cases.The control group was treated only for routine treatment(In accordance with the heart physician to develop drug prescription adhere to drug treatment,as well as heart rehabilitation professional physician psychological counseling,smoking cessation guidance,dietary guidance and other routine daily life guidance),in addition to routine treatment,the experimental group developed a safe,effective and individualized exercise prescription.Exercise prescription:① form of movement:walking;② exercise intensity(walking speed):according to the CPET evaluation index,the anaerobic threshold metabolic equivalent combined with the heart rate of anaerobic threshold to develop its speed;③ exercise time:warm up 5-10min,aerobic exercise(walking)25-30 min,recovery period 5-10 min;④times the movement:3-5 times/week.Followed up for 3 months,monthly telephone supervision,to understand the implementation of the experimental group nearly a month of exercise prescr-iption,and the daily living conditions of each group for nearly a month,timely guidance on the daily life of each group,wish urge the experimental group to adhere to aerobic exercise(walking).After 3 months,the two groups of patients again CPET,according to the measured data compared with the previous,derived CPET in the heart rehabilitation exercise.Results:1 Compared with non-coronary heart disease,Gensini Integral and CPET Evaluation Index in Coronary Heart Disease:VO2peak、VO2peak%pred、VO2peak/Kg、Peak Mets、Peak O2 pulse were significantly different(p<0.05);compared with non-PCI group,there were significant differences in Gensini scores between the two groups(p<0.05),while the CPET evaluates the indicators:VO2peak、VO2peak%pred、VO2peak/Kg、Peak Mets、Peak O2 pulse no significant difference(P≥0.05).Gensini integral and CPET evaluation in-dex:VO2peak、VO2peak%pred、VO2peak/Kg、Peak Mets、Peak O2 pulse are related,as well as a significant negative correlation(p<0.001).2 Exercise rehabilitation before treatment group and the experimental group age,combined disease,smoking history,blood glucose,LDL-D,LVEF,BMI,degree of coronary artery disease(Gensini score),CPET evaluation indicators and other general information,the difference was not statistically signifycant(p≥0.05).3 months follow-up,each group reviewed CPET:The experim-ental group was compared with the control group,There were significant differences(p<0.05)between the evaluation indexes VO2peak,VO2peak%pred,VO2peak/Kg,Peak Mets and Peak O2 pulse;Comparison of the experimental group before and after,there were significant differences(p<0.05)between the evaluation indexes VO2peak,VO2peak%pred,VO2peak/Kg,Peak Mets and Peak O2 pulse;Comparison of the control group before and after,there was no significant difference(p>0.05)between the evaluation indexes VO2peak,VO2peak%pred,VO2peak/Kg,Peak Mets and Peak O2 pulse.Conclusion:1 CPET assessment indicators can predict the severity of coronary heart disease.2 There was a significant negative correlation between CPET evaluation index and Gensini score of coronary heart disease.3 CPET assessment indicators can guide physicians to develop a scientific,safe and effect-tive exercise prescription for patients.4 Coronary heart disease patients adhere to regular exercise can improve their own CPET as-sessment indicators.
