Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Cupping Combined With Acupuncture On Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

ObjectiveIn this study,a small sample randomized controlled experiment was used to observe the clinical effect of Yi-Cup combined with acupuncture on chronic lumbar muscle strain.The purpose of this study was to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating chronic lumbar muscle strain by Yi-Cup combined with acupuncture,and to provide more clinical ideas and rigorous scientific research data for clinical acupuncture treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain,so as to make Yi-Cup combined with acupuncture treatment.Treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain is more diverse and effective.MethodsAll the cases observed in this study came from patients in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the criteria of this study,60 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly observed.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated by cupping combined with needling(bilateral Shenshu,Dachangshu,Weizhong and Ashi points were selected),while in the control group,30 cases were treated by simple needling(bilateral Shenshu,Dachangshu,Weizhong and Ashi points).The VAS score,Oswestry score,clinical symptom score and clinical efficacy of the both groups were recorded with tables before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was made to compare the efficacy of the both groups.ResultsSame in both groups in baseline data such as gender,age,course of disease,VAS score,Oswestry score and clinical sign score between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,Oswestry score and clinical sign score were decreased,and the difference was significant(P>0.05).The decrease of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group,which showed that the experimental group was more effective in improving the symptoms of lumbar muscle strain and low back pain.The effective rate of the experimental group was 100.0%,higher than 86.67%of the control group,indicating that the experimental group knot was better than that of the control group.The therapeutic effect of combined cupping is better than that of the control group.ComclusionSimple acupuncture group can also treat chronic lumbar muscle strain,but easy cupping combined with acupuncture can alleviate the symptoms of lumbago and leg pain,improve functional disorders,improve the quality of life is better,the curative effect is better.
