The Clinical Study Of Cycle Therapy Of TCM With Delayed Menstrual Cycle Due To Kidney Deficiency

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of cycle therapy of TCM on treating delayed menstrual cycle due to kidney deficiency, and provide scientific basic for the clinical application of it.Methods:All the 50 eligible patients with Delayed Menstrual Cycle were randomly devided into 2 groups:treatment group(TG)and control group(CG) The treatment group were received concentrated chinese medicine powder according to each stadge of menstruation cycle, while the control group were received Jinguishenqiwan poeder. All the patients were treated for six months.Results:1.The recovery rate of cycle therapy is 20%, the total effective rate is 96.67%, while the control group is 0% and 65%.By means of stastics analysis, there is statistical difference between these two groups on the clinical effect(P<0.05).2. All the symptoms of the patients in treatment group has been relieved abviously. There is significant difference for the results of the pretherapy symptom-evaluated-mark substracting the post-therapy one between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:This study shows that cycle therapy of TCM is able to treat menstruation delay and ameliorate the correlate symptom. it can also promote ovulation, improve the inner environment of uterus, and regulate menstruation. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of TCM, cycle therapy is combined with the idea of the different treatments in phases, one of the characters of western medicine. The research comes to the conclusion that it is very effective to use cycle therapy of TCM to treat delayed menstrual cycle due to kidney deficiency.
