| ObjectivePain is one of the most common symptoms in cancer patients.The incidence of pain in newly diagnosed cancer patients is about 25%.The incidence of pain in patients with advanced cancer is about 60 to 80 percent,and a third of them have severe pain.If the cancer pain cannot be relieved,the patient will feel extremely uncomfortable,which may lead to or aggravate the symptoms of the patient,such as anxiety,depression,fatigue,insomnia,appetite loss,etc.,seriously affecting the patient' s daily activities,self-care ability,communication ability and overall quality of life.Acupuncture and moxibustion,as an analgesic means,not only has significant curative effect,but also has no side effects.Sometimes,it can also treat side effects caused by analgesics.In treating cancer pain,it also adjusts the immune function of patients and plays a certain role in the treatment of cancer.This study investigated the therapeutic effect of "jin SAN acupuncture" in treating cancer pain,and provided clinical basis for acupuncture treatment of cancer pain.MethodsSixty six patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the clinical trial,and 33 patients in the spirit regulating group and western medicine group were randomly included.The spirit regulating group used the spirit regulating acupuncture method to treat cancer pain,and selected acupoints:the main acupoints were the Sishencong,Dingshen needles,Siguan points;Auxiliary acupoints are Tsusanli and Sanyinjiao;According to the location of pain or the location of the primary lesion,the meridians were determined.During operation,the needle operated in slow motion,rapid and dart thrusting,lifting thrust reinforcing and the diarrhea reducing.It takes 30 minutes for the treatment.,a periodical of 10 minutes using the reinforcing thrusting method and takes 3 times in diarrheas.,Sishencong needles and XIxue should be warmed of moxibustion for each 20 minutes.Once a day,7 days for a course of treatment.Western medicine group was treated with WHO three steps therapy.The NRS score,analgesic effect and quality of life score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Finally,the data were collated and statistically analyzed.Results1.General data of patients in the two groups,such as age and gender,were not statistically significant(P>0.05);Before treatment,NRS score and qol score of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Therefore,the selected patients is satisfied the basic requirement and the result is reliable and comparable..2.The NRS score after treatment in the two groups was compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment regimen in both the spirit regulating group and western medicine group could effectively alleviate cancer pain.In terms of clinical efficacy,in spirit regulating group,16 cases were cured,7 cases were significantly effective,3 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was up to 86.67%.Among the western medicine group,14 cases were cured,7 cases showed significant effect,4 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was up to 83.3%.Comparing the total effective rate between the two groups,the tiaoshen group was superior to the western medicine group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It indicates that western medicine group and the spirit regulating group have similar analgesic effect in clinical efficacy.The difference in qol scores after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the spirit regulating group was superior to western medicine group in improving qol of cancer pain patients.Conclusion1.Compared with the WHO three steps therapy,the Jin' s spirit regulation acupuncture has a similar effect on the treatment of cancer pain.2.Compared with the WHO three steps therapy,the treatment of cancer pain with Jin's spirit regulation method can significantly improve the quality of life of patients. |
