The Study Of Jin' Spirit Regulation Method In Treating Post Stroke Depression

ObjectivesStroke is a common disease in real life and depression after stroke is a common complication in clinical practice.The main clinical manifestations are anxiety,depression,insomnia and restlessness.After stroke,the patient' s disease was located in the brain and injured the qi and blood after the onset of the disease.However,the occurrence of depression after stroke was more unfavorable for the recovery of the disease,which resulting in poor prognosis or even recurrence of the disease due to the malignant circulation.Nowadays,the clinical treatment of depression after ischemic stroke is mainly based on the western antidepressant drugs such as sertraline and paradoxical.Therefore,timely and effective treatment of mental and emotional disorders in patients with ischemic stroke sequelae is particularly important.The clinical experience of Jin Three Needle has been accumulated for more than 30 years in the treatment of encephalopathy and psychiatric diseases with significant effect.The aim of this study was to compare the clinical efficacy of the three-needle method and conventional acupuncture therapy in improving depressive state of patients with ischemic stroke and to preliminarily explore the advantages of the three-needle method in improving depressive state of patients with ischemic stroke.Provide more theoretical basis for future clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and application.Methods60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the conventional acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were admitted to the hospital for basic treatment of conventional western medicine,while the patients in the routine acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture according to the "Acupuncture and Moxibustion" of national planning textbooks,and the patients in the regulating acupuncture group were treated with Jin Three Acupuncture Group,with the treatment duration of 14 days.Improvement in the degree of depression was assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale,Activity of Daily Living Scale score,and auditory event-related potential P300 electrophysiologic measurements before treatment and after 14 days of treatment in both groups.Finally,data collection,arrangement and statistical analysis shall be performed in a unified manner.Results1.The age,gender,course of disease,Hamilton depression scale score,daily life capacity scale score and event-related potential P300 were compared before treatment.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).This indicates that the two groups of patients are comparable.2.The scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.01).The results showed that both of them could reduce Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score,and the improvement of depressive symptoms was more significant in patients with depression after ischemic stroke than in patients with depression after routine acupuncture(P<0.01).3.The score of activities of daily living strength scale was significantly increased after treatment in both groups,and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that both could improve the activities of daily living of patients and have equivalent efficacy.4.The electrophysiologic latency of P300 was shorter in both groups than before,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The amplitude of P300 was larger in both groups than before and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The changes of latency and amplitude in the acupuncture group were better than those in the acupuncture group(P<0.01),which indicated that the Jin' s three-needle group was more effective in improving the depressive state of patients with depression after stroke.ConclusionCompared with the conventional acupuncture group,the total effective rate of P300 was significantly higher in the control group than in the control group in reducing Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score and improving the event-related potential(P300),indicating that the control group was effective in improving the depressive state of patients with ischemic stroke.And the curative effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture group.The activities of daily living of patients with depression after ischemic stroke were improved in both groups compared with those before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The results showed that both the acupuncture method and routine acupuncture method could improve the activities of daily living of patients with depression after ischemic stroke,and the efficacy was equivalent.The comprehensive data showed that the method of adjusting the mind acupuncture had better effect on improving the depressive state of patients with depression after ischemic stroke,and the effect was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.
