Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis With Fire Needle Combined With Chaihu Guizhi Decoction Clinical Research

ObjectiveThrough the clinical use and observation of fire needle combined with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,calculate the integral scale of symptoms and signs and functional status,the objective evaluation index of VAS pain scale,and the treatment of nerve root type with fire needle combined with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction The clinical efficacy of cervical spondylosis is scientifically and objectively evaluated,and the mechanism of action is further explored,and provides a more convincing basis and reference treatment method for practical use in the future.MethodsIt is expected that a total of 68 volunteer patients who meet the requirements of this subject will be collected.The patients will be divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the principle of repeated randomized control.The treatment group was treated with fire needle combined with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,and the control group was treated with single Chai.Hu Guizhi Tang treatment.Chinese medicine treatment:one dose per day,seven clays for each treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Fire needle treatment:once every other day,3 times a week for a total of two weeks,after two weeks of treatment to assess the effect.The pain visual analog scale(VAS)and symptom,physical and functional status score scales were scored before treatment,and scored again after the end of the treatment period.The results were evaluated as efficacy indicators,and systematic statistical analysis was performed on the data obtained.To observe the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and t raditional Chinese medicine.ResultsAt the time of enrollment,there was no significant difference in the gender,duration,and age of the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and it was found that the two groups of patients were actually comparable.After completing the treatment course,re-evaluation of symptoms,signs and functional status scores,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)suggested that the pain visual analogue scales of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the symptoms,signs and functional status scores were all Different degrees of improvement,and the scores before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Comparison of the scores of the two groups of patients after receiving the treatment of the foot showed that the pain visual score of the patients in the treatment group can be visually observed,and the degree of reduction is higher than that of the control group,and the difference is also significant(P<0.05).In terms of symptoms,signs and functional status scores before and after treatment,it can be seen that the improvement of all aspects of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).As for the overall efficacy of the final two groups of patients,from the feedback information,the treatment group cured 20 cases,improved 13 cases,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.29%,and the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine group was also good,of which 15 For example,12 cases improved,6 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 81.82%.ConclusionThe combination of fire needle combined with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction and single-use Chaihu Guizhi Decoction can alleviate and improve the pain symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in different clinical practice.The difference is that the patient ' s activity function and overall improvement are improved.In terms of syndrome and pain improvement,fire needle combined with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction has a more obvious effect than traditional Chinese medicine alone.The degree of improvement is more significant and the treatment effect is more comprehensive.This suggests that the combination of f'ire needle and Chaihu Guizhi Decoction can effectively treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which is worthy of further study by clinicians.
