The Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Study Of Perimenopausal Syndrome Speciality: Gynecology Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:By the study of literatures, we had investigated the Chinese medical differentiation of syndrome, therapeutic methods, and the medicating regulation of the syndrome of perimenopausal period. Under the research and the management of high frequency of herb used for treating syndrome of perimenopausal period, we formed the basic formula that were used for treating the frequently seen syndrome tapes of syndrome of perimenopausal period, and analyzed the therapeutic mechanism and the modern pharmacology.Method:We choose the periodical publication that related to the Chinese medically clinical research literature of the syndrome of perimenopausal period. We summed up Chinese medical differentiation of syndrome, therapeutic methods, medication in the literatures that matched the criterion, and did the digital statistics and analysis by using EXCEL software. We analyzed and managed the high frequent herb used for treating syndrome of perimenopausal period, and we formed the basic formula that were used for treating the frequently seen syndrome tapes of syndrome of perimenopausal period.Results:The frequently seen syndrome tapes of syndrome of perimenopausal period are both liver and kidney yin deficient, kidney Yin deficient, kidney Yin and Yang deficient, heart and kidney failure to communicate, stagnation of liver Qi and other types, and their ratio in the literatures of the study are separately 25.75%,13.93%,10.28%,8.74%,7.61%,33.69%. The commonly therapeutic methods are separately nourishing liver and kidney, nourishing kidney and raise Yin, adjusting and tonifying kidney Yin and Yang, communicating heart and kidney, soothing the liver to remove Qi stagnation and other methods, and their ratio in the literatures of the study are separately 25.75%,13.93%,10.28%,8.74%,7.61%,33.69%. The medicines in the commonly therapeutic methods classified to tonics, heat-clearing medicinal, blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal, tranquilizer, superficies-releasing medicinal, their ratio are separately 41.37%,12.18%, 8.38%,8.25%,5.96%. The ratio of Yin tonics, Yang tonics, Qi tonics, blood tonics in tonics used in this study are separately 30.98%,25.15%,23.62%, 20.25%. By using Microsoft Excel to do the digital statistics and analysis in the literatures, the result indicated that the front high frequent applied twelve medicines, in the five main types of syndrome, are separately:type of both liver and kidney yin deficient:Shan zhu yu(Cornus of ficinalis Sieb. et Zucc), Shou di huang (Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch), Nv zhen zi (Ligustrum lucidum Ait), Shan yao(Dioscorea opposite Thunb), Gou qi zi(Lycium barbarum L), Bai shao(Paeonia lactiflora Pall), Dang gui (Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels), Fu ling(PoriacocosWolf), Chai hu(Bupleurum chinense DC), Mu dan pi(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr), Mo han lian((Eclipta prostrate L), Gui ban(Chinemys reevesii. Gray.); type of kidney Yin deficient:Shan zhu yu, Shou di huang, Shan yao, Fu ling, Mu dan pi, Nv zhen zi, Mo han lian, Sheng di huang, Ze xie(Alisma orientalis(Sam.) Juzep), Bai shao, Gou qi zi, Zhi mu(Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge); type of kidney Yin and Yang deficient:Yin yang huo (Epimedium brevicornum Maxim), Zhi mu, Xian mao(Curculigo orchioides Gaertn), Huang Bo(Phellodendron schnense Schneid), Ba qi tian(Morinda officinalis How), Dang gui.Nv zhen zi, Mu li(Ostrea gigas Thunberg), Long gu, Bai shao, Shou di huang,Mo han lian; type of heart and kidney failure to communicate:Sheng di huang, Bai shao, Shan zhu yu, Gan cao((Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch), Shou di huang, Gou qi zi, Suan zao ren(Ziziphus jujube Mill. var. spinosa(Bunge)Hu ex H. Chou), Long gu, Fu ling, Fu xiao mai(Triticumaestivum), Mu li, Bai zi ren(Platycladus orientalis Franco); stagnation of liver Qi:Chai hu, Gan cao,Bai shao, Dang gui, Fu ling, Long gu, Zhi zi (Gardenia jasminoides Ellis), Mu danpi, Mu li, Huang qin(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi), Bai zhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz), Ban xia(Pinellia ternate (Thunb).Conclusion:1. The main types of syndrome of syndrome of perimenopausal period are①type of liver and kidney yin deficient;②type of kidney Yin deficient;③type of kidney Yin and Yang deficient;④type of heart and kidney failure to communicate;⑤stagnation of liver Qi.2.
