Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Balance Needle In The Treatment Of H-type Hypertension

H-type hypertension is a special type of primary hypertension,which refers to the primary hypertension accompanied by high homocysteine.Homocysteine is one of the risk factors for a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.At present,h-type hypertension accounts for a high proportion of hypertension patients in China,and the prevention and treatment situation is grim.Recent studies have shown that hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-? and other inflammatory indicators are increased in patients with h-type hypertension with statistical signifieance,and anti-inflammatory treatment for this type of patients may benefit more.In terms of treatment,western medicine is generally drug therapy,mainly blood pressure drugs combined with folic acid therapy,which can control blood pressure and reduce homocysteine levels at the same time.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine,in addition to the traditional syndrome differentiation prescription,there are more treatment including acupuncture,topical therapy,Chinese medicine bath-foot and other,and balance acupuncture is one of them.Relevant studies have shown that the balance acupuncture has obvious effect in the treatment of hypertension,which can promote the body to self-regulate and achieve the effect of blood pressure reduction by regulating the central cardiac regulatory system.The mechanism is not clear yet,which may be related to the regulation of inflammatory mediators.This study is helpful to promote the application of balance acupuncture,a traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy,in the treatment of h-type hypertension.Objective:In this study,balanced acupuncture combined with drugs was used to treat patients with primary mild to moderate h-type hypertension,and observed the patients' symptoms,signs,blood pressure changes,recorded the level of blood pressure,Hcy,hs-CRP before and after the treatment,explored the correlation among blood pressure,homocysteine and hs-crp in patients with h-type hypertension and disscussed the possible mechanism of balanced acupuncture treatment for h-type hypertension,evaluated the effect of balance needle therapy on H type hypertension.This study provides a new idea for the basic research and clinical treatment of h-type hypertension with balanced acupuncture,and further promotes the application of balance acupuncture in the treatment of acute and critical diseases and even pre-hospital emergency treatment.Methods:A total of 60 patients with primary mild to moderate h-type hypertension admitted to Guangdong Provincial hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during January 2018 to April 2019 were selected.A prospective randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to randomly divide 60 patients into a control group and a treatment group with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with the drug enalapril maleate folic acid tablets alone,and the treatment group was treated with the drug enalapril maleate folic acid tablets and balanced acupuncture.The changes of symptoms,signs and blood pressure in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the blood pressure,Hey and hs-CRP of the patients before and after treatment were recorded.Efficacy evaluation indexes:four major vital signs,blood pressure level and/or blood homocysteine level were the main efficacy evaluation indexes,and hs-CRP was the secondary efficacy evaluation index.Statistical methods:SPSS18.0 analysis software was used.Use different statistical methods including t test,chi-square test,rank sum test and the other,according to different data analysis.Finally came to a conclusion.Descriptive language was used to analyze the safety of adverse events or reactions.Results:In terms of clinical efficacy,Blood pressure(including systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure),clinical syndrome integral,homocysteine and hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels all decreased in both groups on day 7 and after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the clinical symptoms and sigrts were improved obviously.The total effective rate of blood pressure,symptom and homocysteine in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after the treatment.In terms of data analysis,the mean blood pressure level,clinical syndrome integral,Hey level and hs-erp level of the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant,P>0.05.The comparison of mean systolic blood pressure and mean diastolic blood pressure between the two groups on day 7 after treatment and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of syndrome scores between the two groups on the 7th day after treatment and after treatment was statistically significant,P<0.05.There was significant difference in Hey level between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05.Within two groups,the Hey level before and after treatment was statistically significant,P<0.05.Hs-erp level of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,P<0.05.Within two groups,Hs-crp level before and after treatment was statistically significant,P<0.05.The chi-square test and Fisher exact probability method were used for the comparison of blood pressure clinical efficacy,clinical symptom efficacy anti homocysteine efficacy between the two groups,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conelusion:The treatment measures of the two groups can significantly reduce the blood pressure level of patients with h-type hypertension,improve the clinical symptoms and signs,reduce the level of homocysteine,hypersensitive c-reactive protein level,suggesting that the drug maleic acid enalapril folic acid tablets and balance acupuncture therapy in the treatment of h-type hypertension have obvious effect.In the clinical effect of blood pressure,clinical symptom and homocysteine,the total effective rate of balance acupuncture combined with drug therapy is higher than that of drug therapy alone.From the mean value of the data,the treatment group treated with balance acupuncture combined with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets had better antihypertensive effect and improved clinical symptoms than the control group treated with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets alone.During the observation period,the hey and hs-crp level of the balance acupuncture combined with drug treatment was significantly lower than that of the single drug treatment for patients with h-type hypertension.The pathogenesis of h-type hypertension is related to the inflaumatory response,in which inflammatory factors such as hs-crp are involved.This process is one of the mechanisms of the balance acupuncture therapy and drug treatment of h-type hypertension,and there are other mechanisms that need to be further studied.Balance acupuncture therapy is effective in the treatment of h-type hypertension and is worthy of clinical promotion.
