Objective: It is to analyze the correlation between homocysteine(Hcy),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and blood pressure variability in patients with essential hypertension.Methods: Select patients with essential hypertension from January 2018 to December 2018 in Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medica University in 129 cases,which include 69 males and 60 females,aged from 41 to 78 years old,with the average age(62.19±9.72)years old.According to the homocysteine(Hcy)value,they were divided into three groups: HCY group A(HCY<10umol/L)42 cases,HCY group B(10umol/L?HCY<20umol/L)58 cases,HCY C group(HCY?20umol/L)29 cases were divided into two groups according to the value of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP): 78 cases of hs-CRP normal group(0g/L?hs-CRP<8g/L).51 patients with hs-CRP elevated group(hs-CRP?8g/L).For the 129 patients with EH who underwent 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),the results of blood pressure and blood pressure variability were obtained,and the differences between the groups were compared.All patients recorded age,height,and weight,calculated body mass index(BMI),routine biochemical determination of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),creatinine(Cr),fasting blood glucose(FPG).Results: Hcy group B 24 h SSD,24 h DSD,d SSD,n SSD,24 h SBP,d SBP were significantly higher than Hcy A group(P<0.05);Hcy C group 24 h SSD,24 h DSD,d SSD,n SSD,d SBP was significantly higher than Hcy B group(P<0.05).There is a positive correlation between Hcy and 24 h SSD?24h DSD?d SSD?n SSD?d SBP.Multivariate linear regression analysis was performed with Hcy as the dependent variable,and the 24 h SSD entered the multivariate linear equation.The levels of SSD,24 h DSD,d SSD,24 h SBP and d SBP in hs-CRP group were significantly higher than those in hs-CRP group(P<0.01).nsSD and n SBP were significantly higher in hs-CRP group.hs-CRP normal group(P<0.05).There is a positive correlation between hs-CRP and 24 h SSD,24 h DSD,d SSD,d DSD,n SSD,24 h SBP,d SBP,n SBP.Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis with hs-CRP as the dependent variable showed that the 24 h SSD entered the multiple linear regression equation.Conclusion: Hcy and hs-CRP were positively correlated with the variability of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension,suggesting that inflammation of hs-CRP and plasma Hcy may be one of the factors that promote the increase of blood pressure variability.Elevated blood pressure variability is an independent predictor of cardiovascular events.so the inflammatory markers hs-CRP and plasma Hcy can be used as an important predictor of cardiovascular risk,being indirect causes of cardiovascular disease and related target organ damage.
