Clinical Study Of Bushen Pei Yuan Capsule In Treating Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Obstructive Lung In Stable Period

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a kind of chronic pulmonary disease with airflow limitation and irreversibility.Long course of disease,high incidence and poor prognosis.With the gradual decline of lung function,people' s life and work are seriously affected.It even imposes serious social and economic burdens.At present,people' s recognition of COPD is not high,and lung function examination has not been effectively popularized.Many patients' pulmonary function level has reached severe or even very serious level when clinical diagnosis,therefore,How to identify early diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is not only the focus of attention of clinicians,but also one of the difficulties.Persistent airway inflammation is the primary cause of the occurrence and development of the disease.A large number of animal experiments and clinical studies have continuously supplemented and expanded the pathological features of airway dysfunction.The relationship between early airway pathological changes and decreased pulmonary function in COPD was further confirmed.Pulmonary function is the gold standard for the diagnosis of COPD.It is a reliable basis for judging airflow limitation and airway reversibility.It is also the early identification and diagnosis of COPD.In modern medicine,bronchiectator,hormone and theophylline are often used in the treatment,which can obtain certain curative effect,but its adverse reactions and complications are many,many patients can not tolerate.Traditional Chinese medicine in relieving clinical symptoms,reducing side effects and improving the level of lung function highlight its advantages,it can be seen that traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of this disease is the current diagnosis and treatment of the further optimization of the trend.The purpose of this study was to explore the exact clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of COPD,and to provide sufficient evidence-based basis for the promotion of TCM treatment of COPD.ObjectiveOn the basis of TCM treatment,this study adopted the airflow restriction related index of lung function:forced expiratory volume(FEV1),Forced expiratory volume(FEV1%pred).1 second forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and TCM syndrome integral were used to observe the clinical effect of Bushen Peiyuan capsule in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary yang deficiency.Objective to evaluate the practical value of Bushen Peiyuan capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).MethodsIn this study,70 subjects with grade ?-? kidney-yang deficiency syndrome in Guangdong integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The control group was treated with the basic treatment of traditional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with the traditional basic treatment of Western medicine combined with Kidney Peiyuan Capsule.The treatment period of this study was 3 months.The changes of pulmonary function index and TCM symptom score before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical effect of this treatment was analyzed statistically in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Results of the study1.Baseline comparison:there was no significant difference in sex,age,smoking history,course of disease,severity of airflow restriction and so on,so the two groups were comparable.2.The statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the pulmonary function index FEV1,FEVl%pred,FEV1/FVC and TCM symptom score before treatment.After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group could obviously improve the pulmonary function level(FEV1,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC),reduce the TCM symptom score,and alleviate the clinical symptoms.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after treatment on the FEV1/FVC index of pulmonary function(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the curative effect of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.ConclusionBushen Peiyuan capsule can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve exercise endurance and improve the level of lung function in patients with grade ?-? kidney-yang deficiency syndrome in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)to a certain extent.To a certain extent,Bushen Peiyuan capsule can relieve clinical symptoms,improve exercise endurance and improve pulmonary function.The results showed that Bushen Peiyuan capsule had definite clinical effect in the treatment of grade ?-?kidney yang deficiency syndrome in stable stage of COPD.
