The Study Of Acupuncture Treatments Of CarPoint’s For The Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

ObjectiveThe main purpose of this project is to provide proven database for the selection of clinical acupoints through researching the clinical and other related literatures of acupuncture treatments of the Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands(HMG),using data mining technology to establish a database of acupoint prescriptions(main points),applying data mining technology to establish the database of acupoint prescriptions(main points),and employing statistical analysis to summarize the acupuncture treatments of breast hyperplasia acupoint prescription and the acupuncture manipulation research rules.MethodsSearching the clinical literatures of the acupuncture treatments of HMG up to August 2018 in the database of China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Database(WangFang),VIP Database(VIP),and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM).Through the reading and screening these literatures to establish the database of the selection of acupoint prescriptions,using database mining technology to analyze the selection rules of acupuncture treatment of HMG acupoint,including acupoint frequency(frequency statistics of primary points,frequency statistics of specific points),the matching rules of acupoints(the analysis of the association of main acupoints and the method of acupoint matching),and the patterns of prescriptions(acupoint selection method:needling and tonifying manipulation,needling),ResultsA total of 2,077 articles were retrieved and 253 articles were included after screening.Statistical analysis showed that there were 88 main points in the literature for acupuncture treatment of HMG.The selection of acupoint selection is as follows:the top ten frequencies of the main acupoints are Danzhong(12.27%),Rugen(9.14%),Wuyi(7.88%),Zusanli(7.29%),Jianjing(5.87%),Hegu(5.65%),Qimen(5.43%),Taiehong(5.35%),Ganshu(4.61%)and Ashi points(4-61%);The top three meridians and collaterals were the Stomach Meridian of Foot-yangming(29.67%),Ren meridians(14.87%)and the Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyi(11.45%);the top three parts of the body were chest(42.30%)and lower limbs(23.12%)and the lower back(18.44%);the top three frequencies of the specific points are the Mu-front acupoints(18.51%),the crossing acupoint(18.44%)and the five shu point(14.65%).The rules of acupoint matching are as following:the results of acupoint correlation analysis on the high-frequency main acupoints show that in the compatibility of the acupoints,the correlation between the Danzhong and the Rugen is the highest,the support degree is 35.97%,and the confidence is 73.98%.In turn,it is the Danzhong-Wuyi,the support is 32.41%,the confidence is 77.36%,the Danzhong-Zusanli,the support is 30.83%,the confidence is 79.59%,etc.The first three points of the matching method are the far and near points.(29.52%),upper and lower acupoints(24.13%)and front and rear acupoints(18.89%).The prescription rule is as follows:the method of acupoint selection is based on the points taken by the disease(39.92%)and the points taken according to the disease and the points of differentiation(31.62%);52.78%of the literature clearly mentions the method of acupuncture and replenishment,in which Pingbugping the replenish method(27.43%)is mostly,and only 27.27%of the literature mentions the use of needle-manipulation.ConclusionThis study summarizes the acupuncture prescription rules for acupuncture treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.The top ten frequencies of the main points are Danzhong,Rugen,Wuyi,Zusanli,Jianjing,Hegu,Qimen,Taichong,Ganshu and A.The top three distributions of the meridians are the foot Yangming stomach,Renmai and the foot Jueyin liver;the top three parts of the body are the chest,the lower limbs and the lower back;the first three frequencies are the Mu points,the Jiahui points and the Wuxiu points.In the correlation analysis of the main points,the correlation between the Danzhong and the Rugen is the highest,followed by the Danzhong-Wuyi and the Danzhong-Zusanli.The first three points of the matching methods are the far and near points,the upper and lower acupoints and front and rear acupoints.The method of acupoint selection is based on the points taken by the disease and the points taken according to the disease and the points of differentiation.Studies explicitly mention Pingbugping the replenish method is mostly the method of acupuncture and replenishment,and fewer literatures mention the use of needle-manipulation.In summary,the acupoint prescription for acupuncture treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia has certain rules to be found.This study can provide reference for clinical practice,but it should be applied in combination with specific situations in clinical practice.
