1 ObjectiveBy means of analyzing the acupuncture recipe treating pain syndrome in qianjinyaofang,summaring the principle of acupoints selection of pain syndrome treated with acupuncture in qianjinyaofang, to provide a reference for pain syndrome treated with acupuncture in modern times.2 Retrieval strategy2.1 Retrieval term: head, face, eyes, teeth, items, waist, shoulder, back, knee, arm, elbow,flank, heart, chest, abdomen, etc.2.2 Inclusive criteria: acupuncture recipe treating headache, orofacial pain,eye pain, dentalgia,pain in the neck.,lumbar pain,shoulder and back pains,knee pain,arm and elbow pains,hypochondriac pain,Cardiac and chest pains,stomachache and abdominal pain.2.3 Exclusion criteria: acupuncture recipe treating secondary symptoms such as pain syndrome; prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for pain syndrome; prescriptions that has not the name of acupoints for pain syndrome;if appears completely identical prescriptions,then take the one.3 Methods3.1 Retrieve relevant documents in China Medical Code, type them into the computer,then use Microsof Excel2007 to carry out statistics and make charts.3.2 Analyze the acupuncture recipe treating pain syndrome,which includes the use frequency of the acupuncture points, segment of meridians and collaterals, segment of acupoints and the specific points.3.3 Bring headache, orofacial pain,eye pain, dentalgia, pain in the neck.,lumbar pain,shoulder and back pains,knee pain,arm and elbow pains to pain of head,face,trunk and limb,and bring hypochondriac pain,Cardiac and chest pains,stomachache and abdominal pain to visceral pain.Analyze the use of specific points,jing points,xing points,shu points,jing points and he points, then study on principle of acupoints selection of pain of head,face,trunk and limb and visceral pain treated with acupuncture in qianjinyaofang.3.4 Bring headache, orofacial pain,eye pain, dentalgia to pain of head and face,bring pain in the neck.,lumbar pain,shoulder and back pains,knee pain,arm and elbow pains to pain of trunk,and bring hypochondriac pain,Cardiac and chest pains,stomachache and abdominal pain to visceral pain. Analyze the use of meridian distribution.4 Statistical result246 articles treating pain syndrome in qianjinyaofang collected in total, the total, the total number of acupoints treating the pain of head,face,trunk and limb is 239,the total number of frequency use of the acupoints treating the pain of head,face,trunk and limb is 283. The total number of specific points treating the pain of head,face,trunk and limb is 136,the total number of frequency use of the specific points treating the pain of head,face,trunk and limb is 166.The rate of specific points in the number and frequency use is 56.90% and 58.66%respectively,the rate of the Five shu points in the number and frequency use is 32.22% and34.98% respectively. Shu points,jing points and he points has a higher proportion.The total number of acupoints treating visceral pain is 125,the total number of frequency use of the acupoints treating visceral pain is 171. The total number of specific points treating visceral pain is 116,the total number of frequency use of the specific points treating visceral pain is169. The rate of specific points in the number and frequency use is 92.80% and 98.83%respectively,the rate of the Five shu points in the number and frequency use is 36.8% and38.01% respectively, the rate of the Mu points in the number and frequency use is 12.8% and20.47% respectively. Shu points,jing points and he points has a higher proportion.5 Conclusion5.1 Distal point selection are maily based on the five shu points,which are frequently used for the pain of head,face,trunk and limb in the qianjinyaofang.Shu points,jing points and he points are used frequently in the five shu points, local selection are mainly based on the nonspecific points.Local selection of points and distal point selection are both used in the qianjinyaofang.5.2 Local selection of points are maily based on the specific points,which are frequently used for visceral pain. Mu points are used frequently in the specific points, distal point selection are maily based on the five shu points,shu points,jing points and he points are used frequently in the five shu points.Local selection of points and distal point selection are both used in the qianjinyaofang.5.3 The treatment of pain of head and face are maily based on the three yang foot meridians and du meridians in the qianjinyaofang. The foot Shaoyang meridians are preferred. The treatment of pain of trunk are maily based on the bladder meridian of foot and small intestine meridian of handin the qianjinyaofang.Bladder meridian of foot are preferred. The treatment of visceral pain are maily based on the bladder meridian of foot,ren meridian and three yin foot meridians in the qianjinyaofang. Bladder meridian of foot,ren meridian are preferred.In short, the pain of head,face,trunk and limb are maiy based on the yang meridians, visceral pain are maily based on the yin meridians.5.4 The high frequency selective points of treatment of pain:Headache:kunlun, feiyang,touqiaoyin,naokong,hanyan.Eye pain:fengchi,yuzhen,jingming,yinjiao,sibai,qiangu,qiangu,taichong,yanggu.Dentalgia:daying,xiaguan,yifeng,yanggu,zhengying.Pain in the neck:yong quan,qiangu.Lumbar pain:kunlun,feiyang,chengjin.Shoulder and back pains:jugu.Knee pai-n:xiyangguan.Arm and elbow pains:quchi,wangu,yanggu,qiangu,yangxi,guanchong,taiyuan,jingqu,tianzong.Hypochondriac pain:chize.Cardiac and chest pains:danzhong,juque,xingjian,daling,qimen.Stomachache:zhongwan,shangwan,shangqiu,juque.Abdominal pain:shimen,qi-chong,shangqiu,fuliu.
