Objective: To evaluate a new prescription of "Rutong' an" prescription for the treatment of the breast hyperplasia. Chinese traditional medicine by determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differention of symptoms and signs is the best and the first chosen treatment. This clinical study accustomizate the tendency of the treatment of the breast hyperplasia. Based on the breast hyperplasia dialectic is stagnation of liver-QI and renal deficiency, should disperse the depressed liver-energy and invigorate the kidney while treating it's native; and should regulating vital energy, promoting blood flow and dissipate phlegm to dissolving the breast lump, my advisor lay the "Rutong' an" prescription to treat the breast hyperplasia. This clinical study evaluate the curative effect by the release of clinical objective sign.Methods: Fifty female patients with the breast hyperplasia aredivided into two groups. The therpygroup (n=30) adopts the treatment of"Rutong' an" prescription while the control group (n=20) adoptsRupixiao. A course of treatment is one month. Analyzing the data of thecurative effect after tow months.Results: "Rutong' an" prescription can release the mamma' soreness, bletting and minification the breast lumps. But the curative effect has no variability when comparing with Rupixiao.Conclusion: "Rutong' an" prescription has good curative effect, it can release the clinical signs of patients.
