Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation Of Breast Hyperplasia With Acupuncture At The Reaction Point Of Acupuncturing To Elbow

Object: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the reaction point of acromiocre to the elbow fossa to treat liver stagnation of breast hyperplasia and to explore its principle of action to explore a practical and more effective treatment for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,57 cases of hyperplasia of mammary gland were obtained from January 2016 to December 2016 in the Acupuncture and moxibustion department of Gu'an People's Hospital,Hebei Province.Were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group,29 cases of acupuncture group and 28 cases in control group.Observation group used acupuncture the armpit to the elbow fossa area of granular nodular nodules or tender point for acupuncture,1 day,a total of 3 consecutive treatment,followed up for a month.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture on acupuncture textbooks,1 day,a total of 3 consecutive treatment,followed up for a month.Two groups of patients before and after treatment were followed up for 1 month after the main symptoms and signs of the score,respectively,from the breast pain,mass hardness,mass range and mass size and other aspects of control,and observe the results.Results: Observation group after treatment,the scores of breast pain,lump hardness score,lump range score and lump size score were significantly better than those before treatment(P <0.05).There was no significant change in the breast mass score and lump size score after treatment in the control group(p>0.05).The clinical curative effect of the observation group was 3 cases,accounting for 10.34%;markedly effective in 12 cases,accounting for 41.38%;effective in 14 cases,accounting for 48.28%;invalid in 0 cases;the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion: Acupuncture armor to the elbow fossa area response point of treatment of breast hyperplasia,and achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy,especially in the treatment of pain,the effect is more significant.This method is easy to operate,no side effects,worthy of clinicalpromotion.After treatment,acupuncture group of breast symptoms and signs were significantly better than the control group.
