Operational Performance Analysis Of Public Hospitals Under Cancellation Of Medicine Markups Policy

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards and medical standards,the problem of"difficult and expensive to see a doctor"has become increasingly prominent.It is imperative to carry out comprehensive reform of public hospitals centered on the abolition of Medicine markups Policy.Opportunities and challenges are facing the operation of public hospitals.Starting from the point of view of abolishing the Medicine markups Policy,this paper takes F Hospital in Guangxi Province as an example to analyze the operation performance of the hospital under the abolishing Medicine markups Policy,such as work efficiency,economic operation status and social benefits,and to explore the impact of abolishing the Medicine markups Policy on the operation performance of the hospital.It is concluded that the internal management and cost control of F Hospital need to be strengthened in the process of implementing the policy of abolishing Medicine markups Policy;the cost is increasing and declining,and the masses are not satisfied with it;the investment decision-making lacks scientific basis,and the blind investment in fixed,and so on.In view of the above problems,suggestions for improvement are put forward.To analyze the operation performance of public hospitals under the policy of abolishing Medicine markups is the requirement of deepening the reform of market economy system and public hospitals,the only way to promote public hospitals to return to public welfare,and the inevitable requirement of improving the medical service capacity of public hospitals.Starting from the abolishment of the policy of Medicine markups Policy,this paper tries to find out a practical,feasible and healthy way to analyze and manage hospital operation performance,which can promote the healthy development of public hospitals.It provides data support and experience for the comprehensive reform of public hospitals,and provides ideas for the next reform,so as to facilitate the smooth development of the reform work.
