Study On The Distribution Of Uyghur Medical Syndrome Types In Patients With Cervicitis Complicated HPV Infection And Its Related Factors

Objective: By studying the distribution pattern of thyroiditis with HPV infection,the related factors of HPV infection provide some help in the differentiation,diagnosis and treatment of cervicitis with HPV infection.Methods: In this study,a case-control study was conducted to select 120 patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV positive as case group according to inclusion criteria.At the same time,according to the principle of case-control study,120 patients with HPV-negative cervicitis were selected as the control group.The two groups were divided into two groups,filled in the questionnaire and the basic data of the subjects.Using SPSS 23.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,and draw a conclusion.Results: 1)There was a significant difference in the distribution of medical syndrome between patients with cervicitis and HPV infection and those with HPV-negative cervicitis(P<0.01).The distribution of the syndrome type of cervicitis with HPV infection was as follows: burnt liquid>sputum mucus>spoiled blood>blue biliary,HPV-negative group Biliary fluid>astringent mucus>burnt liquid>spoiled blood;2)Cervical cytology(TCT)results in cervicitis with HPV infection in 83 cases of NILM,TCT results?ASC-US in 37 cases,NILM has more astringent mucus,while?ASC-US burnt coagulation More quality;3)Among the 120 positive samples of HPV subtype distribution,30 cases of HPV16 were detected.The HPV16 had more astringent mucus than 13 cases,and the composition ratio was 43.3%;4)By univariate analysis,the differences in pregnancy and abortion frequency,first sexual life,sexual life,contraceptive methods,and education level were statistically significant in patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection and HPV-negative cervicitis(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in marital status,family economic status,number of births,and mode of delivery(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1)In patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection,the burnt liquid type and the astringent mucus type are common syndromes.In the HPV-negative cervicitis patients,the blue biliary type is a common syndrome;2)the cervix The expression of ASC-US is the most obvious in the combination of burning and hydrolysate in HPV infection.HPV16 is more common in astringent mucus type,which provides a basis for microscopic dialectical analysis of patients with cervicitis and HPV infection;3)HPV infection is related to a variety of factors,usually should pay attention to avoid unhealthy sexual behavior,condom use condoms,avoid multiple abortions or curettage,advocate healthy sexual habits,and develop a healthy behavioral lifestyle.
