The Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Types And Related Factors In 113 Patients With History Of Slippery

[Objective]113 patients with habitual abortion history are investigated by the questionnaire of" TCM syndrome and related factors of patients with habitual abortion history " in this paper. The collected data are sorted and statistically analyzed. Accordingly, the TCM syndrome distribution, clinical common symptoms and its related influencing factors of patients with habitual abortion history are preliminary discussed in this paper, which provides data support for syndrome differentiation and treatment, and offers epidemiology basis for scientific research.[Method]Based on the preliminary study, the questionnaire is improved combining with expert advice. Using the method of clinical epidemiological investigation,113 patients with habitual abortion history who came to Sichuan Provincial Hospital of TCM, are collected from February 2014 to February 2016. According to TCM four diagnostic data, the database is established. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software, the frequency analysis and cluster analysis, the TCM syndrome and symptoms distribution regularity of patients with habitual abortion history are discussed; Using rank correlation analysis, the correlation between kidney deficiency and age, as well as the number of spontaneous abortion and age, menarche age, frequently artifical abortion, and times of medical abortion are discussed; Using chi-square test, the influence of professions and ABO blood group on habitual abortion are discussed.[Result]1. Among the 113 investigated and effective cases of patients with habitual abortion history, the largest age 45 years old; the smallest age 23 years old; the average age is 33.52-4.99.2.Among the 113 cases, non-manual workers are 72 cases (63.7%); manual workers10 cases (8.8%); Unemployed females 31 cases (27.4%).3.Among the 113 cases,the patients attributed to Type A are 43 cases (38.1%); type B 35 cases (31.0%); type O 27 cases (23.9%); type AB 8 cases (7.1%).4.Among the 113 cases, the patients with hyperthyroidism are 17 cases (14.2%);only one patient with hypothyroidism, accounting for 0.8%.5.Among the 113 cases, husbands with abnormal semen routine are 39 cases, accounting for 34.5%, among which teratospermia is the dominate cause in routine semen analysis.6. Among the 113 cases, the ordering and common TCM syndrome are kidney deficiency and liver depression with blood stasis syndrome(59 cases), kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome(30cases). The patients with kidney deficiency syndrome are107 cases, accounting for 94.7%, among which kidney deficiency yang and kidney deficiency both yin and yang are the dominate syndrome and sign.Among the 113 cases, the common TCM syndrome are classified according to deficiency and excess syndrome , total 105 cases of patients with the syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess is the most.8. The results of cluster analysis of main TCM syndrome:main TCM symptoms of the kidney deficiency and liver depression with blood stasis syndrome are soreness and weakness of waist and knees, hair loss, forgetful, recurrent abortion, irritability, depression, premenstrual breast swelling, menstruation with blood clot, the menstrual color is dark; main TCM symptoms of the kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome are soreness and weakness of waist and knees, afraid of cold, forgetful, hair loss, recurrent abortion, irritability, premenstrual breast swelling.9. The results of correlation analysis are:There has positively related to the kidney deficiency and age (P< 0.05); the number of habitual abortion is related to age and the types of kidney deficiency (P< 0.05), and has no significant correlation with menarche age, BMI, occupation, ABO blood group, number of abactos venter, number of medical abortion (P> 0.05).[Conclusion]The preliminary results in this study suggested that the common TCM syndrome types of the patients with habitual abortion history are are kidney deficiency and liver depression with blood stasis syndrome, kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome; The main TCM syndrome are deficiency of kidney yang syndrome and deficiency of kidney yin-yang syndrome in the kidney deficiency syndrome;Kidney deficiency and age are positively correlated, as the age increases, the probability of kidney deficiency increases; the number of habitual abortion is related to age and the types of kidney deficiency, and has no significant correlation with menarche age, BMI, occupation, ABO blood group, number of abactos venter and number of medical abortion.
