Clinical Effects Of Herbal-Cake-Separated Moxibustion On Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:This experiment is based on the patient's symptoms,using the medicine selected by differentiation of symptoms and signs to make medicine cakes,combined with the effect of acupoints and moxibustion,through the treatment of acupoints,moxibustion and medicine,observe the changes of clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment,analyze and study the clinical effect of herbal cake-separated moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,in order to use herbal cake-separated moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation To provide a practical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:According to the symptoms,signs and clinical manifestations,43 cases of lumbar disc herniation were classified according to syndrome differentiation,including 5cases of shedding and 38 cases of statistical analysis,which were 15 cases of cold-dampness 11 cases of blood stasis and 12 cases of kidney deficiency.Three groups of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated by herbal cake-separated moxibustion.Each group selected cake according to syndrome differentiation,that is,Ganjiang Lingzhu Decoction for cold-dampness type,Shentong Zhuyu Decoction for blood stasis type and Qing'e Pill for kidney deficiency type.Every other day,moxibustion at each acupoint was 3 strong,0.3 g strong,burnout and replacement,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 10 times of moxibustion.Before and after treatment,the subjects were scored by VAS,JOA and QBPDS scales,and the curative effect was judged by comparing the scores before and after treatment.The difference of curative effect between groups was compared,and the therapeutic effect and curative effect of herbal cake-separated moxibustion on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were judged.Results:1.Comparison of pain score in three groups of VAS patients: VAS score decreased significantly after treatment compared to VAS score before treatment had statistical significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the three groups of waist JOA scores: the JOA scores were significantly higher than those before treatment after treatment in three groups had statistical significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of QBPDS functional scores between three groups: QBPDS scoredecreased significantly after treatment compared with QBDPS score before treatment had statistical significant(P<0.05).4.There were 15 cases of cold-dampness type,8 cases of marked effect,6 cases of effective and 1 case of ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%;11 cases of blood stasis type,4 cases of marked effect,6 cases of effective and 1 case of ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.91%;12 cases of kidney deficiency type,5 cases of marked effect,5 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate was83.33%;There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the three groups.Conclusion:1.Herbal cake-separated moxibustion has remarkable therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation of cold-dampness type,blood stasis type and kidney deficiency type.It can effectively improve clinical discomfort symptoms and signs such as pain and lumbar dysfunction.It is believed that herbal cake-separated moxibustion is effective and reliable in treating lumbar disc herniation and can be used as an effective method of clinical treatment.2.Herbal cake moxibustion has the same curative effect on cold dampness type,blood stasis type and kidney deficiency type...
