Every Medicine Cake Moxibustion On Chronic Bronchitis Model Rats Serum Related Immune Cytokine Il - 4, Research On The Effects Of Il - 8

Objective To observe the level changes of Interleukin-4(IL-4), Interleukin-8(IL-8) in the Chronic bronchitis rat models serum and lung tissue and each rat trachea and the lung tissue with light microscopy by herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion, explore the mechanism of its therapeutic effect and provide the experimental basis for clinical prevention and control disease.Methods rat CB model was developed by modified smoked method,48Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats(Male and female) half were divided randomly into4groups, grouping follows:blank group, model group of CB, herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion group and drug treatment group,12rats each group. With herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion or drug treatment intervention, testing the organs of the rats spleen and thymus index and lung tissue IL-4, IL-8content, observing the histopathological changes in rat tracheal and lung tissue by light microscope.Results (1) Both herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion group and drug treatment group could increase spleen and thymus index of rats, the spleen and thymus index of herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion group was significantly higher than drug treatment group.(2) Both herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion group and drug treatment group could increase content of IL-4(P<0.01),and reduce the content of IL-8(P<0.01); the content of IL-4(IL-8)in herbal-cake-separated moxibustion group was significantly higher(lower) than drug treatment group.(3) The pathology morphological changes of CB rats bronchi and the lung tissue under mirror display:the respiratory tract of blank group is normal, bronchial cilia in order, no inflammatory cells infiltration, bronchial wall level off. Trachea and bronchi within the lumen were no inflammatory exudate. The bronchial mucosa is integrity, epithelial cell without necrosis and damage. Lung and bronchial epithelium are normal, the alveolar is normal.Chronic bronchitis model group, epithelium local fall off defect. The cilia becomes short fall off, submucosal have inflammatory cells infiltration. Lung tissue alveolar expansion, interstitial hyperplasia, inflammatory infiltration. Tracheal epithelium of the herbal cake-separated-moxibustion group is basic complete, cilia normal, But the uniform distribution of normal level is relatively poor, the number of goblet cells is decrease; epithelial cells don’t fall off, inflammatory cells were obviously reduced. Small and medium-sized bronchial lung tissue and alveolar see a few scattered inflammatory cells. The cilia of drug treatment group tracheal epithelial basic normal, with a small amount of the submucosa inflammatory cell infiltrates. The lung tissue, lung and bronchial epithelium normal, the alveolar had a few cells infiltrating inflammation, small bronchial a few secretions.Conclusion (1) The herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion group could increase spleen and thymus index of rats, thus improving the body immunity.(2) The herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion group can restore the stability mechanism through inhibiting IL-8secretion, enhancing IL-4activity, To achieve the purpose of prevention and control of chronic bronchitis(3) Both herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion group and drug treatment group are effective treatment methods, But herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion therapy better than drug treatment。...
