Clinical Research On The Prescription Of Tong Lin For Damp-heat Flow Downward Merely Acute Lower Urinary Tract Infection

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Tong Lin in the treatment of acute lower urinary tract infection with damp-heat flow downward,evaluates its clinical effectiveness and explores the mechanism of its treatment and the significance of the prescription,through the analysis of the two groups of urine routine,urine bacterial culture,TCM syndrome change and other indicators of changes,to provide a new idea for that treatment of acute urinary tract infection in the future.Methods:In this study,66 cases of acute lower urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n = 33)and the control group(n = 33).The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine powder of Tong Lin recipe,while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese patent medicine of Miniaoning capsule.The total course of treatment was 2 weeks(14days).After 2 weeks of treatment,there were analyzed comprehensively of the related indexes of TCM syndrome curative effect and clinical curative effect of western medicine in the two groups,and the related data were statistically analyzed,and finally the conclusion was drawn.Results: In the course of the test,there was 1 case of the treatment group eliminating,1 case of the control group falling off,and the final statistics 64 cases completed the clinical observation.1.After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate on TCM symptom efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 84.375%,56.25%.There is significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).So that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the curative effect of TCM syndrome.2.After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 84.38%,78.13%.There is no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment of acute lower urinary tract infection of two groups are similar.3.After two weeks of treatment,The urine leukocyte qualitative examination of two groups of patients was obviously improved than before(P< 0.05).The number of urine white blood cell in the two groups was significantly decreased than before(P<0.05).And in these two aspects,the treatment group is obviously better than thecontrol group(P<0.01).4.After two weeks of treatment,The negative rate of urine bacterial culture of two groups of patients was obviously improved than before(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The urine bacterial culture efficacy of two groups are similar.5.TCM syndrome score through comparative analysis,there was no significant difference in nausea and vomiting symptoms of the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant improved on the other symptoms of two groups(P<0.05).the differences of the frequent micturition,urgent urination,burning and prickling pain of urethra,lumbago,bitter taste were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the differences of the lower abdomenal pain,urine turbidity,vexation,nausea and vomiting,dry knot defecation were not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.There were significant adverse reactions during the experimental study.Conclusion: The prescription of Tong Lin can be used to treat acute lower urinary tract infection of damp-heat flow downward,can reduce the number of urinary white blood cell,reduce urinary urine leukocyte,also can have a certain improvement on urine bacteria,but also can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,which is no obvious adverse reactions.It gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and can be widely used to provide a new method for the treatment of acute lower urinary tract infection.
