Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Yiqi Huayu Recipe

Objective:This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral Yiqi Huayu Recipe in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),further explore the therapeutic mechanism of Yiqi Huayu Recipe,objectively evaluate its safety and effectiveness,and provide clinical treatment.new method.Method:1.A total of 76 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table,38 in the treatment group and 38 in the control group.2.The treatment group was given Yiqi Huayu Fang Granules orally,and the control group was given Oral Fuchun Tablets orally.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom scores,gastroscope and pathological scores were observed before and after treatment.3.All data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:1.The comprehensive effective rate of Yiqi Huayu Recipe group was 85.7%,which was significantly better than that of Weifuchun group(74.3%)(P<0.05).2.Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,there was no significant improvement in dysplasia after treatment(P>0.05).In addition,there were improvement in TCM syndromes and other pathological aspects(P<0.05),and bloating and fatigue in the stomach.The improvement of fatigue symptoms was particularly significant(P<0.01).3.After treatment,compared with the two groups,TCM symptom scores were statistically significant except for hernia acid(P>0.05),indicating that Yiqi Huayu Decoction in stomach cramps,bloating,fatigue Weakness,lack of food and poor appetite,and the effect of improving the symptoms of laziness was better than that of Weifuchun tablets.Pathological improvement,except for dysplasia(P>0.05),was statistically significant(P<0.05).Yiqi Huayu Decoction is superior to Weifuchun Tablet in changing chronic inflammation,atrophy and intestinal pathology.4.After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms and the total score ofpathology were compared(P<0.05),and there was statistical difference,indicating that the overall effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe group was better than that of Weifuchun.5.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment observation period.The safety indexes before and after treatment were within the normal range,indicating that the two groups of drugs were safe for clinical application of CAG.Conclusion:Yiqi Huayu Recipe in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with qi deficiency and blood stasis is better than stomach rejuvenation in improving the symptoms of stomach cramps,fullness,fatigue,lack of food,and gastroscopic pathology.It can provide new methods for clinical use,has certain clinical value,and is worthy of popularization and application.
