Clinical Observation Of Catgut Implantation At Acupoint Combined With Zhenzhushecao Capsules In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with oral zhenzhushecao capsules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of qi deficiency and blood stasis,to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this treatment scheme for such diseases,and to treat chronic diseases with Chinese medicine Atrophic gastritis helps in research ideas and methods.Method:In this project,120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random number table.In the treatment group,catgut embedding was performed at acupoints(Zhongwan,Zusanli,Geshu,Pishu and Weishu),once every two weeks,and zhenzhushecao capsule was taken orally,2g each time,three times a day.The patients in the control group took zhenzhutongcao capsule,2g each time,three times a day.The treatment period of both groups was 24 weeks.After the treatment,the clinical symptom efficacy,pathological efficacy and safety of the two treatment schemes were evaluated objectively.The relevant data collected by the institute were processed,analyzed and compared with statistical software SPSS22.0.Result:In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms: 1.The total effective rate of TCM symptoms of acupoint embedding combined with oral zhenzhushecao capsule treatment scheme and TCM symptoms of oral oral zhenzhushecao capsule treatment scheme were94.64% and 84.91%.P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Acupoint embedding combined oral zhenzhushecao capsule treatment plan and simple oral zhenzhushecao capsule in the three symptoms of "stomach pain","fullness","chest fullness or pain",the total effective rate was 94.12%?80.43%;96.30%?84.62%;91.11%?81.58%.All P values were less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.3.The two groups were "noisy in the stomach","snoring and hiccups","dry mouth and bitterness","nausea and vomiting","food and appetite","burnout","pantothenic acid","heartburn or burning sensation" In terms of improvement,P values were all> 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.In terms of pathological effects: 1.The total effective rate of pathological effect improvement of acupoint embedding combined with oral zhenzhushecao capsule treatment plan and pure zhenzhushecao capsule treatment plan were 89.29% and 81.13%,respectively.P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Acupoint embedding combined with oral zhenzhushecao capsule treatment plan to improve the total effective rate of "atrophy" and oral zhenzhushecao capsule to improve the total effective rate of "atrophy" were87.50% and 79.25% respectively.P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The two groups were improving "intestinal transformation" There was no significant difference in the effect of dysplasia(P > 0.05).In terms of safety: 2 patients in the treatment group developed acupuncture,and immediately stopped the operation.The patient recovered after the supine warm rest.No obvious discomfort occurred in the follow-up thread treatment,and no adverse reactions and side effects were found.There were no significant abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,and electrocardiogram before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:1.The treatment of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with oral zhenzhushecao capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with atrophic gastritis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Especially in improving the three symptoms of "stomach pain","stomach fullness","chest fullness or pain",it is obviously better than the pure oral zhenzhushecao capsule treatment.Two groups in improving "noise in the stomach","snoring and hiccups","dry mouth and bitterness","nausea and vomiting","stomach appetite","burnout","pantothenic acid","heartburn or burning sensation" The treatment plan is quite effective.2.The treatment of acupoint embedding combined with oral zhenzhushecao capsule can significantly improve the gastric mucosal pathology in patients with atrophic gastritis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Especially in improving "atrophy",it is obviously better than pure oral zhenzhushecao capsule treatment.In terms of improving "intestinalization" and "dysplasia",the two groups of treatment schemes have the same effect.3.The treatment of acupoint embedding combined with oral zhenzhushecao capsule is safe in clinical application,and can be used as a treatment option for chronic atrophic gastritis of qi deficiency and blood stasis.
