| Objective:The research of this subject is to compare the differences in syndromes,gastroscopy,gastric mucosal tissue pathology and PTEN(tumor suppressor gene)expression changes in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type before and after treatment with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe and Weifuchun.The clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe in treating CAG of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe on gastric mucosal PTEN expression and serum IL-6 and TNF-α in CAG patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:In this study,50 cases meeting the diagnostic criteria(Qi deficiency and blood stasis CAG)were selected and randomly divided into two groups.25 cases in the treatment group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction,and 25 cases in the control group were treated with Weifuchun tablets,With 3 months as a course of observation period.The differences in syndromes,gastroscopy,gastric mucosal histopathology,gastric mucosal PTEN average optical density and serum IL-6 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Both groups had significant effects on improving syndrome scores(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Both groups had a certain effect on reducing gastroscopy and pathology scores(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reversing gastric mucosal atrophy(P<0.05);there was no significant statistical significance in reversing gastric mucosal intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia between the two groups(P>0.05).Both groups can increase the average optical density of positive expression of PTEN in gastric mucosa(P<0.01),and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.01).Both groups can reduce the level of serum IL-6(P<0.01),and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);both groups can reduce the level of serum TNF-α(P<0.05),and The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of overall curative effect,syndrome score,gastroscopy score,pathology score,average optical density value of PTEN positive expression,and changes in serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels;for reversing gastric mucosal atrophy,The treatment group is better than the control group,but there is no significant difference in the efficacy of gastric mucosal intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.According to the results of this study,Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of CAG patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,improve their microscopic and pathological manifestations,increase the positive expression of gastric mucosa PTEN,and reduce serum IL-6 and TNF-α alpha level.Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe may increase the positive expression of PTEN in the gastric mucosa,antagonize the conduction of related signal pathways,thereby promote the apoptosis of cancer cells,regulate their cell cycle,and achieve the reduction of gastric mucosal inflammation,reversal of atrophy,intestinal metaplasia or atypical The effect of reducing or even reversing hyperplasia,inhibiting the occurrence and development of gastric mucosal cancer,is helpful for early prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. |
