The Clinical Study On The Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Precancerous Lesions Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated By Yiqi Huayu Particles

1. ObjectiveTo observe clinical curative effect on CAG&PLGC treated by YiQi HuaYu granule andstudy the feasible treating mechanism.2. MethodChoose62cases of the patients of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritisand randomly divide them to two groups averagely: treatment group (treated by theYiQi HuaYu granule) and compared group (treated by WeiFuChun).31cases in eachgroup.Treat the aforementioned two groups16weeks and follow-up after treatment for12weeks. Observe the symptom scores, gastroscope change and pathology effect, Hpnegative conversion rate, and long-term efficacy.3. Results3.1The symptoms of epigastric pain, gastric fullness，anorexia, fatigue, gastric upset,belching can both be improved (P<0.05) of both groups. Treatment group in improvinggastric fullness significantly better than the control group and clinical markedlyfaster.And the clinical markedly faster than the group of WeiFuChun. The comparison isof evident statistics significance (P<0.05or P<0.01).And the total effective rate (ORR)of treated group is higher than compared group (P<0.05).3.2Histopathology: Both groups can improve gastric glandular atrophy and intestinalmetaplasia, the effective rate of the treatment group was87.09%,80.76%, the comparedgroup was61.29%,52.00%. a significant difference Between two groups (P<0.05).Inrespect of dysplasia improvement, the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05).3.3Endoscopy: The gastric mucosa were improved, the effective rate of the treatmentgroup was90.32%, the compared group was67.7%, statistically, there was significantdifference (P<0.05).3.4Eradicating HP: After courses, negative conversion rate of both groups are45.16%and32.26%.while the comparison of both groups is of no statistics significance (P>0.05).3.5Long term effect observation: follow-up of12weeks, the effective rate of thetreatment group was96.77%, the compared group was77.42%.the total effective ratehigher than the two syndromes after treatment (P<0.05).4. Conclusion4.1Yiqihuayu particles can significantly improve the clinical symptoms Qi Deficiencyand Blood Stasis type atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions in patients withmarkedly faster.4.2Yiqihuayu particles can evidently improve histopathology of patients sufferingprecancerous lesion ofAtrophic Gastritis Due to Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis.4.3Yiqihuayu particles can improve the situation of endoscopic gastric mucosa.4.4Yiqihuayu particles increases the negative rate of Hp infection.4.5Yiqihuayu particles group is better than WeiFuChun group long-termsyndrome.
