Clinical Study Of Tianma Hypotensive Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver Yang Hyperactivity Of Simple Diastolic Hypertension

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianma Jiangya Decoction in treating simple diastolic hypertension(IDH)with hyperactivity of liver-yang,and to evaluate its safety and effectiveness.Methods:Collected from Shanxi University of TCM Affiliated Hospital of heart disease,isolated diastolic hypertension(IDH)in 80 patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 40 cases.The changes of blood pressure,blood lipids and TCM syndromes in the two groups before and after the experiment were observed.Results:There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score and curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%and that of the control group was 67.5%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was92.5% and that of the control group was 72.5%.The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the single symptoms of vertigo,headache,dry mouth,bitter mouth,waist acid and red face.In addition,the experimental group was better than the control group in improving blood lipids(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The experimental group has significant effect in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,dizziness,headache,blush,dry mouth,bitter mouth and lumbar acid have significant advantages.At the same time,it can also reduce the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and blood lipid,indicating that Tianma Jiangya Decoction has a definite effect on treating simple diastolic hypertension of young and middle-aged patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang.
