| Objective:To identify the causes,clinical manifestation and imaging material of distal humeral fracture in adults,which can help to clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:One patient with nonunion of right distal humeral fracture had been treated by ORIF and allograft.We analysis the results of different therapy strategies of distal humeral fracture by searching the published papers.Results:The patient treated by ORIF and allograft achieve a satisfactory outcome in our case report.Therapy strategies of distal fracture of humerus including allograft,distraction,external fixator,ORIF,arthrodesis and arthroplasty has been discussed.Conclusion:Good therapeutic outcome could be achieved with treating distal humeral fracture individually. |
