Research On The Demand And Influencing Factors Of Home-Based Medical Services In Beijing

Under the background of the aging population,the weakening of family pension function and the increasingly prominent problem of old-age care,China's home-based service has developed.In response to the aging of the population,Beijing put forward the goal of “9064” pension model,which indicates that the home care will become the main way of providing care for the elderly in Beijing.The elderly population is the high-risk population,and the health of the body determines the quality of life in later life.Home-based medical services for the elderly is to send medical services to the bedside of elderly people living at home,which is of great significance for improving the quality of life of the elderly.Based on the data of the “Sampling Survey of the Living Conditions of Urban and Rural Elderly in China”,and under the guidance of active aging theory,welfare pluralism theory and embedded theory,used descriptive statistical analysis,comparative analysis and logit regression analysis to select home care services,this paper selected the medical service of the home-based services as the research object,and conduct an empirical research on service needs and factors affecting service demand.First of all,descriptive analysis of the demand for home-based medical services for the elderly with different characteristics.And then do the logit regression analysis.Finally,through the analysis of the empirical results,it proposes countermeasures to promote the better development of home-based medical services.The research showed that the marital status,the number of sons and the income of the elderly have no significant impact on the home-based medical services.However,In the door-to-door service,gender,household registration,cultural level,health factors,monthly health care expenditure and participation in community public welfare activities have a significant impact on it.In rehabilitation care services,age,household registration,disability,loneliness,lifestyle,monthly health care expenditure,and generational economic support have a significant impact on it.In health education services,age,household registration,cultural level,lifestyle,presence or absence of daughters,generational economic support,and participation in community public welfare activities have a significant impact.Age,disability,loneliness,lifestyle,participation in spiritual and cultural activities,and participation in community charity activities have a significant impact on the demand for aged accessory supplies rental services.Based on the research results of this paper,the following suggestions are proposed to promote the better development of home-based medical services in Beijing:accelerate the improvement of the home-based medical services system,accelerate the cultivation of specialized talents through various ways,strengthen the promotion of policies,increase support for rural areas,and promote the social participation of the elderly in various ways.
