Correlation Between Neutrophil To Lymphocyte Ratio And Coronary Artery Lesions In Postmenopausal Female Patients With Coronary Artery Disease

Objective: To investigate the relationship between neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD)in postmenopausal women,and to explore the predictive value of NLR for the degree of coronary artery disease in postmenopausal women with CAD.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made of 226 postmenopausal women with CAD admitted to the Department of Cardiology from January 2017 to February 2018 and confirmed by coronary angiography(CAG).159 postmenopausal women with suspected CAD admitted to the Department of Cardiology at the same time were compared with 159 postmenopausal women with CAD excluded by CAG or coronary CTA.Results:1 The proportion of patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus in CAD group was higher,the age was older and the menopausal time was longer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)。2 The levels of NLR,leukocyte,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine and triglyceride(TG)in CAD group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,hematocrit,high density lipoprotein,ApoA and fibrinogen were lower(P < 0.05).3 Spearman correlation analysis of NLR and Gensini score showed that NLR level was positively correlated with Gensini score of coronary artery stenosis(r = 0.212,P < 0.01).4 According to Gensini integral,the CAD group was divided into three groups.There was no significant difference in NLR between mild and moderate groups(P > 0.05),but the NLR in severe group increased significantly.There was significant difference between mild and severe groups,and between moderate and severe groups(P < 0.05).5 ROC analysis was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of NLR in postmenopausal women.The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of NLR was 0.608(95% CI: 0.551-0.664).When the diagnostic threshold of NLR was 2.53,the diagnostic efficiency was the highest,the sensitivity was 0.482,and the specificity was 0.704.6 The results of binary logistic regression showed that NLR was an independent risk factor for CAD in postmenopausal women.Conclusion:1 NLR was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery lesions in postmenopausal women with CAD.The higher the NLR,the worse the coronary artery lesions.2 NLR can predict the incidence of CAD in postmenopausal women to some extent.3 NLR is an independent risk factor for CAD in postmenopausal women.
