Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Postoperative Swelling Of Meniscus Injury Arthroscope With WulingSan And Fangjihuang Decoction

Background:With the development of sports medicine in China and the improvement of knee arthroscope technology,the number of knee arthroscope operations for meniscus injuries has increased year by year.Although the knee arthroscope is minimally invasive surgery,the swelling of the knee can still occur after surgery.How to quickly eliminate the swelling,accelerate the recovery after surgery,and improve the treatment effect is one of the clinical problems to be solved.The method of swelling after Western medicine treatment is relatively single;There are many traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods,the oral Chinese medicine is relatively convenient,the patient is easy to accept,but there is no evidence-based evidence,so the effect of oral Chinese medicine on the postoperative swelling of the knee joint mirror is the focus of this clinical observation.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of WulingSan and Fangjihuang Decoction in treating swelling of knee arthroscopy after meniscus injuryMethods:The inpatients who underwent knee arthroscopy for meniscus injury in the second Department of the Arthropodidae,wangjing hospital Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine were selected from June 2018 to December 2018.A total of 60 cases;Random digital method was used to divide into treatment group and control group.30 cases per group,The control group received basic treatment after operation,and the treatment group received WulingSan and Fangjihuang Decoction oral treatment for 1 week.After the first,third,fifth and seventh days of operation,the knee swelling and VAS scores were recorded,and the pre-operative,1 week and 2 weeks of postoperative Lysholm knee score were observed,and the data were compared and analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in age,statistics(P>0.05);2 The treatment group and the control group were compared with the preoperative Lysholm knee joint score.The results showed that P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The swelling value and VAS score on the first day after surgery showed that P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.It is indicated that there is no significant difference in the postoperative swelling value between the two groups;3.Compared with the 3rd,5th,and 7th postoperative swelling values and VAS scores,the results showed that P<0.01 which was significant statistical significance.4.After 1 week and 2 weeks of Lysholm knee score,the results showed that P>0.05 had no statistical significance.but,the Lysholm knee score were improved after surgery in the two groups.Conclusion:1.WulingSan and Fangjihuang Decoction for the treatment of meniscus injury after knee arthroscopy surgery has a short-term curative effect,and can relieves postoperative knee arthroscopy pain to promote postoperative knee function recovery;2.The knee arthroscopic surgery can significantly improve the symptoms after meniscus injury and improve the postoperative Lysholm knee score.
