Purpose:1.To classify the patients with psoriasis vulgaris,to carry out syndrome differentiation nursing,to establish the standard process of TCM nursing for psoriasis vulgaris, and to evaluate the nursing effect.2.To carry out syndrome differentiation nursing, accelerate the time of rash regression, improve the quality of life of the patients, reduce the degree of psychological anxiety and depression of the patients, make the patients really understand psoriasis, and master the prevention and treatment methods. Methods:In this paper,80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were treated or admitted to the department of dermatology in a third Class A Hospital of XX City were selected to evaluate the severity of skin lesions, daily life behavior, emotional self-assessment and so on.Patients were randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients were treated with narrow spectrum UVB,and 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with narrow spectrum UVB and the routine nursing intervention of skin diseases was given. After 30 days, all the patients were evaluated again in terms of skin lesion, daily behavior and emotion, and the scores before and after the evaluation were compared and analyzed. Objective: to evaluate the effect of syndrome differentiation nursing on skin lesion, emotion and quality of life in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Results:1.Clinical skin symptomsAfter 30 days of nursing intervention, the total effective rate was 82.5,while that in the control group was 82.5,and that in the control group was 82.5 after routine nursing intervention in dermatology. The total effective rate was 60.The difference of PASI score before and after intervention in the syndrome differentiation nursing group was greater than that in the routine nursing group, which indicated that the skin rash subsided more obviously in the syndrome differentiation nursing group.2.Anxiety and depression in patientsThe anxiety improvement of the patients in the syndrome differentiation nursing group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P < 0.05),which indicated that the emotional nursing of the patients with syndrome differentiation nursing had a positive effect on the improvement of patients' anxiety. The depression self-assessment scale scores of the two groups were sometimes decreased, but the decrease of the nursing group based on syndrome differentiation was more obvious than that of the routine nursing group(P < 0.001).3.The effect on the quality of life of patientsThe total scores and single items of 10 evaluation factors in DLQI of two groups of patients were compared before and after, and the conclusion was that the total quality of life had improved greatly(P 0.01).In the single item, the improvement of life factors in the first six items was significant(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant, especially in the two aspects of dressing, socializing and leisure. There was a significant difference between the dialectical nursing group and the control group(P < 0.01),which indicated that after the intervention of dialectical nursing, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).It is of great help to improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusion:1.Differential-syndrome nursing can promote the disappearance of skin rash and shorten the course of disease in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.2.the degree of psychological anxiety and depression of the patients can be greatly alleviated by the nursing of TCM.3.Differential-based nursing can improve the quality of life of psoriasis vulgaris, the patients can master a certain degree of understanding and prevention of the disease, the ability of social adaptation is enhanced, and emotional health is conducive to delaying the recurrence of the disease.
