ObjectiveThrough the analysis of the influencing factors of fall risk in stroke patients with hemiplegia, this paper explores the influence of systemic vibration training on the risk of fall in stroke patients with hemiplegia, and the difference of the influence of different frequency vibration on the risk of fall.Methods(1)From April 2018 to February 2019,63 stroke inpatients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the department of rehabilitation medicine of a tertiary hospital in wuhan were selected as the research objects.(2)The patients were divided into the control group(21 cases),13 Hz group(21 cases)and 26Hz(21 cases)group respectively according to the time sequence of admission. All subjects received routine treatment and routine nursing.13 Hz and 26 Hz were treated with whole body vibration training,on the basis of routine treatment and routine nursing. The whole body vibration training was carried out 10 times, once a day,90s×4 each time.Morse fall risk assessment,Berg balance function test and mobility function test(FTSST,TUGT,TWT)were performed in all subjects before and after intervention.(3)Statistical Analysis with SPSS 22.0 Software.Compare the baseline data, balance function before and after intervention, functional mobility test and fall risk assessment among the three groups. If there are differences,Bonferroni test is used for multiple analysis after the event.P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results(1)There was no significant difference in baseline data among the three groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Balance function: after intervention, the balance function of the three groups was improved compared with that before intervention, and the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the recovery degree of balance function in 26 Hz group was better than that in control group and 13 Hz group.(3)Mobility function test:after intervention, the results of mobility function test in the three groups were better than those before intervention, and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of 26 Hz group were better than those of control group and 13 Hz group.(4)Fall risk assessment:after intervention, the score of Morse fall risk in the three groups was lower than that before intervention, and there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).The decrease of fall risk in 26 Hz group was higher than that in control group and 13 Hz group.ConclusionThe whole body vibration training of stroke patients can reduce the risk of fall, and the effect of 26 Hz frequency systemic vibration training on reducing the risk of fall in stroke patients is better than 13 Hz.
