Objective:This study aims to investigate the differential expression of FOXP3 and CCL22 in different cervical tissues. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the positive expression rate of FOXP3 and CCL22 in different cervical tissues. We elaborated the relationship between them and the clinicopathological features.Results:(1)Differential expression of FOXP3 and CCL22 in different cervical tissues:(1.1)FOXP3 is mainly expressed in nucleus, which is brownish yellow or brownish black. The positive expression rate in cervical cancer tissues is 83.93%,in CIN tissues is 63.33%,and 30%in chronic cervicitis tissues. The expression rate of FOXP3 in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in CIN group and chronic cervicitis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(1.2)CCL22 is mainly expressed in cytoplasm and is brownish-yellow.The positive expression rate in cervical cancer tissues is 75.00%,in CIN tissues is 53.33%,20%in chronic cervicitis tissues. It can be seen that the expression rate of CCL22 in cervical cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in CIN group and chronic cervicitis group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Correlation between FOXP3 and CCL22 expression in cervical cancer tissues and the clinicopathological features.(2.1)The positive expression rate of FOXP3 in poorly differentiated cervical cancer group(95.83%)was higher than that in high-medium differentiation group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(?2=4.413,P<0.05);There was no significant correlation between HPV infection,FIGO stage, lesion size, pathological type, ages and expression rate of FOXP3(P>0.05).(2.2)The positive expression rate of CCL22 was different in patients with different HPV infections. The expression rate of HPV16/18 positive patients(83.33%)was higher than that of other types of HPV infection(37.50%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);CCL22 expression was not significantly correlated with age,FIGO stage, tissue differentiation, lesion size and pathological type(P>0.05).(3)Correlation between FOXP3 and CCL22expression in cervical cancer:Correlation analysis by Spearman rank correlation analysis:There was a significant positive correlation between CCL22 and FOXP3 expression in cervical cancer tissues(r=0.799,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.As the degree of cervical lesions aggravating, the positive expression rate of FOXP3 and CCL22 was also increased.FOXP3 and CCL22 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.2.The positive expression rate of FOXP3 was correlated with the degree of differentiation.3.There was a positive correlation between FOXP3 and CCL22 expression in cervical cancer tissues.CCL22may promote the recruitment of FOXP3~+Tregs in cervical cancer to some extent and promote the progression of cervical cancer.
