Along with the development of traffic accident and intense sports athletics, the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) avulsion fracture of the tibial spine became more and more common in child and the youths. The objectives of this research were to probe into the knee joints stability and movement function, the ACL avulsion fracture of the tibial spine, after been fixed by different materials, and to provide the experimentation elements and theory proof for clinical therapy and prognosis evaluation.Materials and Methods1 ,4 adult's fresh cadaver knee joints were embedded by polymethacrylate gel and placed on the MTS (MTS 858 Bionix test system, USA), exerting different stress and simulating anterior drawer test and Lachman test, scanning the process by 3 D scanner and input data at the same time. The femur, tibia and knee joint were reconstructed after redacting and analyzing the data by 3 D software.2,A nteromedial incisions of the 4 adult's fresh cadaver knee joints were dissected and a fracture bed about 1.2 ×1.5×2.0 cm was chiseled encircling the ACL...
