Combine RSI With RFS And PPI With Experienced Therapy To Analyze The People Who Are Suffered From Laryngopharyngeal Reflux Disease

Purpose: To investigate the appropriate RSI and RFS scores and medication time for PPI With experienced therapy to analyze patients suffered from Laryngopharyngeal Reflux DiseaseMethods:Collecting 104 patients who are suffered from laryngopharyngeal reflux disease with the score of RSI >10 and/or the score of RFS >5 in the study.Dividing people who are 5 points and RSI score > 13 points and / or RFS> 7 points into 4 groups of A,B,C,D,respectively,and give PPI to patients for 4 weeks and 8 weeks.After observing the corresponding efficacy,according to the regulations of "Expert Consensus",combined the scores people who got to divide RSI>10 points and / or RFS>5,and RSI>13 points and / or RFS>7 points into two patterns,to analyze the rate of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.Results: The people who got scores of RSI>10 points and / or RFS>5 points with experienced therapy for 4 weeks,the rate of diagnosis were 28.8%and28.6%,8 weeks of diagnosis rate were 31.7% and 32.7%.Comparing two groups are meaningless.The people who got scores of RFS>5 and RFS>7 with experienced therapy for 4 weeks,the rate of diagnosis were 30.0% and 28.6%,and 8weeks of diagnosis rate were 33.3% and 35.7%.Comparing two groups are meaningless.The people who got scores of RSI>10 points and RFS>5 with experienced therapy for 4 weeks,the rate of diagnosis were 28.8% and 28.6%,and 8weeks of diagnosis rate were 31.7% and 32.7%,The two are meaningless.Conclusion:According to the consensus of the experts on diagnosis and treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease in 2015,the RSI and RFS score scales were appropriately reduced to RSI>10 points and/or RFS>5 points,and with PPI experienced therapy was shortened to 4 weeks.Clinical diagnosis rate of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease can be more satisfactory than RSI>13 points and/or RFS>7 score for 8 weeks.
