ObjectiveTo observe the immediate effect and long-term effect of floating acupuncture combined with reperfusion and ordinary filiform acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and to explore whether there is a difference in the efficacy between the two,so as to provide a new clinical idea for clinical acupuncture treatment of lumbar intervertebral di sc herniation.MethodsUsing randomized and controlled clinical study methods,66 LDH patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into floating needle group(treatment group)and filiform needle group(control group),and the final inclusion ratio was 31:30.Two groups of patients were treated t.wice a week,a week for a course of treatment. There were two sessions of treatment. The patients were followed up for 2 weeks after treatment.1 CM syndrome score,VAS score and ODI score were used in the curative effect rating scale.Results1.The baseline results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, marriage, ethnicity, course of disease, height and weight between the two groups, which were comparable.2.Statistica]results:accordi ng to TCM syndrome score, there was statistica l signi ficance before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).In the inter-group comparison, the improvement of the score after the first treatment and after two courses of treatment was better than that of the filiform acupuncture group(P<0.05).In the comparison of the score after the first treatment and before the second treatment, the change value of the filiform acupuncture group was larger than that of the floating acupuncture group and showed a slight downward trend(P<0.05).The scores of the two groups were similar at the 2-week follow-up period after the end of treatment(P>0.05).according to VAS score, there was stat i stical significance before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).In the inter-group comparison, the improvement of scores after the first treatment, before the second treatment, aft.er the two courses of treatment and at the follow-up period was significantly better than that of the filiform needle group(P<0.05).N o significant difference was found in the scores before the second treatment and after the first treatment, between the follow-up period and after the course of treatment(P>0.05).According to the ODI score, there was statistical significance before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).During the follow-up period, the scores in both groups rebounded slightly(P<0.05).In the inter-group comparison, the efficacy of the floating needle group was better than that of the filiform needle group after the completion of all treatment courses and during the follow-up period(P<0.05).The total effective rat.e of the floating needle group was 96%,and that of the filiform needle group was 87%.Conelusion1.In the same treatment times, floating needle therapy for lumbar intervertebral di sc herniation in the improvement of daily life, symptoms is significantly better than the millineedle acupuncture, both long-term efficacy is stable.2.In the process of treating lumbar disc herniation, the speed of relieving pain and the degree of pain improvement of floating needle therapy are obviously better than that of filiform needle acupuncture.3.The total effective rate of floating needle group was higher than that of filiform needle group.4.Both groups had good safety and compliance.
