Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the balance acupuncture and the elongated needle acupuncturing jiaji acupoints on the treatment of lumar disc herniation, to explore the difference of therapeutic effect of the balance acupuncture and the elongated needle acupuncturing jiaji acupoints combined treatment of lumar disc herniation. Methods:Based on the inclusion criteria for this study, a total of 120 patients were included in the clinic, according to random distribution method is divided into four groups:the balance acupuncture group, the elongated needle group, the group of the elongated needle after the balance acupuncture first. The group of the balance acupuncture after the elongated needle first. The balance acupuncture acupoints incloude the low back pain acupoint, the hip pain acupoint and the leg pain acupoint. The elongated needle acupuncturing jiaji acupoints selection:About 3 to 5 lumbar spine under each side open 0.5-inch, a total of 6. Mark the score of 4 groups of patients of the JOA-Low back pain score, observation of clinical curative effect and the effect of different acupuncture methods on the amount of scores, and four groups were recorded respectively in patients with the time points of single effective treatment and times of treatment. Results:Collected and processed all the data by SPSS 17.0 software. After 1-3 courses of treatment, (7 times=a course of treatment) the effective rate of the balance acupuncture group was 80.00%, the time points of the single effective treatment was 0.42 hours after treatment, the average treatment times was 11.53, the effective rate of the elongated needle group was 83.33%. The time points of the single effective treatment was 7.93 hours after treatment, the average treatment times was 7.53, the total effective rates of treatment group of the elongated needle after the balance acupuncture first and the balance acupuncture after the elongated needle first were 96.67% and 93.33% respectively. The time points of the single effective treatment were 0.53 and 0.50 hour time after treatment. The average treatment time was 7.48 and 7.33 respectively. After treatment, on JOA and VAS score, the balance acupuncture group compared with the elongated needle, P>0.05, was not statistically significant; the balance acupuncture group and the elongated needle group, respectively, compared with the rest of the two groups, P<0.05, were statistical differences; compared the group of the elongated needle after the balance acupuncture first and the group of the balance acupuncture after the elongated needle first, P>0.05, were not statistically significant. In the time points of single effective treatment, the elongated needle group, respectively, compared with the rest of the three groups, P<0.05, were statistical differences. On the average times of treatment, the balance acupuncture group, respectively, compared with the rest of the three groups, P<0.05, were statistical differences.Conclusion:1. The balance acupuncture, the elongated needle acupuncturing jiaji acupoints on the treatment of lumar disc herniation are effective.2. The evaluation of the combination of the balance acupuncture and the elongated needle acupuncturing jiaji acupoints for treatment of lumar disc herniation is better than any one of them.3. The balance acupuncture and the elongated needle in immediate analgesia, shorten period of treatment, improve the function of the lumbar spine have complementary advantages.
