ObjectiveThrough clinical study,the effect of Ginger Moxibustion Combined with acupuncture and routine acupuncture on allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency and cold syndrome was observed,and the synergistic effect of Ginger Moxibustion on allergic rhinitis was clarified.Method62 patients with allergic rhinitis who met the inclusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1,with 31 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Ginger Moxibustion Combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with acupuncture.Both groups were treated once every other day,three times a week,for a total of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients' symptoms,signs,life quality and TCM syndromes were scored,and SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the data,so as to evaluate the clinical efficiency.Results1.In the course of the study,one case in the treatment group dropped out of the study because of work problems,and 61 cases were actually included in the study,31 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.2.Baseline of patients:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,duration,symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.overall efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 74.2%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Comparisons of scores in the group:There were significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).5.Comparison of scores between groups:(1)Symptoms:The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving itching,sneezing and(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in improving nasal obstruction,runny nose,eyes of itchy,red,foreign body sensation and tearing between the two groups.(2)Signs:There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(3)Quality of life,TCM syndromes:The comparison between the two groups after treatment indicates that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving patients' quality of life and TCM syndromes(P<0.01).ConclusionBoth therapies can effectively treat allergic rhinitis of deficiency of lung-qi and cold syndrome and improve the symptoms and signs of patients,but the overall efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,mainly reflected in improving itching,sneezing and TCM syndromes;it shows that the combination of Ginger Moxibustion therapy can enhance the effect of acupuncture treatment and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
