ShenGu Granules For The Treatment Of Senile Osteoporosis Clinical Study On Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of Shengu Granule on the related bone metabolic markers in patients with senile osteoporosis of spleen deficiency and dampness,and to explore the mechanism of Shengu Granule in the treatment of senile osteoporosis,and to evaluate its effectiveness and safety more objectively.providing a new method and idea for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:Randomly selected patients from the Department of Orthopaedics and Inpatients of the Second Hospital of Guangdong Province from November 2017 to November 2018.According to the criteria and exclusion criteria,the diagnosis was senile osteoporosis,and dialectic was the spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.A total of 78 patients were randomized to a randomized list(generated by spss25.0).The 78 patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group took calcitriol(Shanghai Roche Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,National Pharmaceutical Standard:J20150011,0.25 ? g/granule,usage:oral,1 capsule,2 times a day,for a total of 24 weeks)combined with calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets(Wyeth Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,National Pharmacy Standard:H10950029,usage:oral,1 pills in one time,once a day for 24 weeks)as the basic treatment;treatment group in the control group On the basis of taking Shengu granules(10 grams of Codonopsis pilosula,10 grams of broken bones,10 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala,10 grams of continuous sputum,10 grams of medlar,10 grams of Coix seed,5 grams of Cork,5 grams of Atractylodes,10 grams of Achyranthes,Mudanpi 10 grams,10 grams of hawthorn,10 grams of Corydalis,10 grams of tortoise shell;using a prescription granule of Guangdong pharmaceutical factory,dissolved in warm water to 400ml,warm clothes,1 day.4 weeks for a course of treatment,observe 3 courses,A total of 24 weeks).Serum alkaline phosphatase(S-LAP),serum calcium(S-Ca),serum phosphorus(SP),serum osteocalcin(OC),and type ? procollagen N were measured before and after treatment.Pantinopeptide(PINP),waist 2 to lumbar 4 vertebral body(L2-L4)bone mineral density(BMD),waist back VAS score,lumbar spine JOA score,TCM clinical symptom score,and finally statistical analysis of treatment Efficacy,and analysis of the differences between the relevant indicators before and after treatment,and draw the final conclusion.Resu ts1.Before treatment,the patient's gender,age,education level,disease distribution,serum alkaline phosphatase(S-LAP),serum calcium(S-Ca),serum phosphorus(S-P),Bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar 2 to lumbar 4 vertebral body(L2-L4),VAS score of lumbar back,and no significant difference in clinical symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine(P>0.05),comparable between groups2.In the improvement of the VAS score of the lower back,after treatment,the VAS scores of the lower back of the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the control group,the treatment group was better in the improvement of the VAS score,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).3.BMD of the lumbar 2 to lumbar 4 vertebral body(L2-L4),after treatment,BMD improved in the treatment group and the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the control group,the treatment group was better in the degree of improvement of BMD,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).4..In terms of bone metabolism,serum alkaline phosphatase(S-LAP),serum calcium(S-Ca),and serum phosphorus(S-P)were improved after treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the control group,the treatment group S-LAP,S-Ca,U-Ca/Cr were better in the improvement degree,there was significant difference(P<0.05).5.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group improved better than before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores of the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Taking Shengu Granule can improve the TCM syndrome score of spleen-deficiency and dampness-type senile bone patients,can alleviate the symptoms of spleen-deficiency and dampness patients and improve the quality of life of patients.2.For patients with senile bone disease of spleen deficiency and dampness,the combination of Shengu Granules and calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets can effectively alleviate the pain and dysfunction of the lower back of the patient.3.OC and PINP are specific markers for bone formation.The combination of ginseng granules and calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets can effectively promote bone formation and achieve osteoporosis.
