| Objective:To observe the clinical effects and security of Xiang A1 to treat HI V/AIDS(Spleen deficiency and dampness), and explore some mechanism of it.Methods:60 cases of AIDS(Spleen deficiency and dampness) patients were rand omly divided into 3 groups,20 cases in each group.Xiang A1 group was given Xiang A1 and the placebo of HAART;HAART group was given HAART and t he placebo of Xiang A1;Combination group was given Xiang A1 and HAART;continuous treatment for 6 month.In the end of treatment,analysis the curative effect by viral load,T cell subsets,symptom and sign score.Results:1.Symptom and sign score,quality of life:both of three group can effectively im prove the symptoms and the quality of life(P?0.01),there was no significant di fference between the group Xiang A1 and the HAART group(P?0.05),The c ombination group was superior to the Xiang A1 group and the HAART group.2.Viral load:Before and after treatment,the viral load of combination group and HAART group(P?0.01);the antiviral effect of combination group and HAA RT group was superior than the Xiang A1 group(P?0.01).3.Immune reconstitution:the percentages of CD45RA+,CD45RACD3+,CD45 RAC D28+, CD45RACD4+,CD45RACD25+ and CD4/CD8 were increased significantl y in the patients of Xiang A1 group and combination group(P?0.01),the perce ntages of CD45RA+,CD45RACD3+,CD45RACD4+,and CD4/CD8 increased significantly in the patients of HAART group(P?0.01),the difference was significan t between the Xiang A1 group and combination group with the HAART group(P?0.01,P?0.05);the immune reconstitution efficiency of the combination group was better than the HAART group(P?0.05).Conclusion:Xiang A1 granule could relieve symptoms and signs and improve t he quality of life of AIDS(Spleen deficiency and dampness),there has synergis tic reaction between Xiang A1 group and the HAART group;the anti viral effe ct of the Xiang A1 granule was not obvious,but it had obvious immune reconstitution. |
