Clinical Observation On Using Invigorating Spleen Dehumidification Combined With Ebastine Tablets To Treat Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria With Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Syndrome

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety,and recurrence rate of chronic spontaneous urticaria with syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp accumulation treat with invigorating spleen dehumidification and ebastine tablets.Methods: Based on the randomized principle,74 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,37 patients were treated with Jianpi Chushi decoction combined with ebastine orally;in the control group,37 patients were treated with ebastine oral.Eight consecutive weeks of treatment,the numbers of wheal,itching,urticaria activity score(UAS)and dermatological quality of life(DLQI)were evaluated every two weeks for the two groups,and the efficacy,ebastene tablet dosages,and adverse events were observed.The first month and the second month after the end of treatment were followed up for the two groups to recover and ebastine tablets were reduced to discontinuation,and the recent recurrence rate was evaluated.The resulting data was analyzed using SPSS22.0 software.Results: A total of 65 cases were completed in this study,including 33 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group.(1)Efficacy analysis: The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was quite(P>0.05);the cure rate was equivalent at two weeks,four weeks and six weeks(P>0.05).At 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)Efficacy index analysis: The number of wheal scores,pruritus symptom scores,and UAS scores decreased after treatment in both groups.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);between groups,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.The difference(P>0.05)was better in the treatment group than in the control group at 4 weeks,6 weeks,and 8 weeks(P<0.05).The DLQI was decreased after treatment in both groups,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The speed of ebastine tablet reduction was equivalent at 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P>0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group at 6 weeks and 8 weeks(P<0.05).(3)Safety analysis: No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group was 3.03% and 3.13%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Follow-up analysis: The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group at the end of the first month and the second month were 11.11%,66.67%,22.22%,and 100%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Invigorating spleen dehumidification combined with ebastine tablets is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic spontaneous urticarial with spleen deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome.(2)Invigorating spleen dehumidification combined with ebastine tablets is superior to the control group in treating synergistic effects of the disease,accelerating the reduction of ebastine tablets,increasing the cure rate,and reducing the recent recurrence rate.
