| ObjectiveJin’s three-needle therapy has been used in the treatment of stroke for many years and has a very definite clinical effect.In view of the specific needs of data analysis in the treatment of stroke by Jin’s three-needle therapy under the current big data environment,this paper uses computer technology and medical informatics to informationalize the clinical data of Jin’ s three-needle therapy for stroke,and develops a set of information management system for Jin’s three-needle therapy for stroke,which is closely related to clinical practice and can share data and efficiently manage it.On this basis,Jin’ s three-needle therapy clinical data of stroke can be analyzed and displayed in multi-dimension.MethodsAccording to the diagnosis and treatment process and clinical data of Jin’ s three-needle therapy for stroke,clinical staff determine the number of items of the system and generate R&D needs report.Through the development,testing and improvement of professional computer personnel,Jin’ s three needle therapy of stroke information management system is formed.The system includes nine modules:user management,selected object management,establishment of initial archives,follow-up,information query,information statistics,data management,data synchronization,sharing platform and system settings.Based on the hospital information management system and electronic medical record system,the clinical data of stroke patients treated with Jin’ s three-needle therapy are derived.After a series of processing,such as desensitization,screening and standardization,the data base of Jin’ s three-needle therapy treatment of stroke is generated,and the data are matched into the system for actual operation test.Finally,the system can realize the collection,management,inquiry,statistics and output of clinical data of Jin’ s three-needle therapy in treating stroke.ResultsJin’ s three needle therapy of stroke information management system was system fully incorporates the basic information,medical history information,physical examination,laboratory examination,imaging examination and hospitalization treatment of stroke patients required by the research institute.The system can complete the functions of data acquisition,query browsing,online follow-up,statistical analysis,output and printing,and popularize Jin’ s three needle therapy in various hospitals in the form of software modules.The application of the workstation can achieve data sharing,and ultimately manage and excavate the clinical data of Jin’ s three-needle therapy for apoplexy efficiently,accurately and conveniently.At the same time,a preliminary statistical analysis was made on the clinical data of 1140 stroke patients treated by Jin’ s three needle therapy,and the relationship between some laboratory examination indicators and syndrome types of stroke patients was explored.The results are as follows:530 cases of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,533 cases of wind-phlegm obstruction and 77 cases of Yin deficiency and wind-driven.There was a significant difference in the distribution of syndrome types between different genders(P<0.0001).The most common type of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals was found in males 370 cases(54.17%)and in females 260 cases(56.89%).There was significant difference in age distribution between wind phlegm blocking collateral type and yin deficiency wind-driven type(P<0.01).The age of patients with Yin deficiency wind-driven type was generally older.In terms of erythrocyte count and hemoglobin content,there were significant differences between Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,Yin deficiency and wind-blocking type and wind-phlegm blocking collateral type(P<0.01;P<0.01);in terms of creatine kinase content,there were significant differences between Yin deficiency and wind-phlegm blocking collateral type(P<0.05).Other laboratory indicators,including total platelet count,uric acid,total protein,glucose,plasma fibrinogen,homocysteine,creatinine,cholesterol and so on,showed no significant difference among different syndromes of stroke patients.Conclusion1.The system can realize the information management of clinical data of Jin’ s three-needle therapy for stroke,meet the needs of inheritance of theoretical experience and clinical scientific research of Jin’ s three-needle treatment of stroke,and provide a reliable data platform for data mining of Jin’ s three-needle treatment of stroke in the future,with good social and economic benefits.2.Phlegm and blood stasis account for the highest proportion of syndromes in stroke patients,which accords with the theory of phlegm and blood stasis in stroke pathogenesis.Erythrocyte count and hemoglobin content in patients with wind-phlegm obstruction are higher than other syndromes,which accords with the theory of TCM that phlegm and blood stasis are the same origin,suggesting the importance of treating phlegm and blood stasis together in clinic.The wind-phlegm blocking collateral type is significantly correlated with erythrocyte count,hemoglobin and creatine kinase content,which plays an important role in the judgment and prognosis of syndromes of stroke.At the same time,in the treatment of stroke,phlegm-resolving methods can be added to the basic treatment program. |
