Design And Realization Of The Anesthesia Information Management System

With the development and popularity of science and internet technology, science, economy and culture are undergoing tremendous changes. As human beings gradually entering information society, information has become an important source of economic development, and it changes people's life style and life philosophy. Information brings much convenience to our life. Complex processes are simplified by information management and by using information. The combination of information system and medical treatment has changed people's understanding of traditional working style. Hospital Information System based on internet has become an important sign of hospitals' operation and management. HIS not only has great influence on hospital's working processes, but also plays an increasing important role in patients' treatment processes.Surgical anesthesia is the most important thing in hospitals and the medical industry, and it's the main way of treating diseases and saving lives. As a part of medical process, surgical anesthesia is where disputes and problems are most likely to occur. How to reasonably arrange surgery and anesthesia, how to regulate the operation of surgical anesthesia, how to effectively monitor surgical anesthesia process, and how to avoid medical disputes have become problems for hospitals. Nowadays, HIS has been applied to major hospitals, and anesthesia information management system is becoming an indispensable part of hospital information system. The application of anesthesia information management system not only regulates the working process of anesthesia department of the operation room, but also helps hospitals to have standardized management. Therefore, a surgical anesthesia management platform that is stable, powerful, easy to use, and has unified management is needed to be formed for aiding the daily work of the medical staff in the operation room and anesthesia department. It can simplify working process, reduce manual records, enhance staff efficiency, implement surgery information sharing, and provide a good platform for the hospital operator.On the basis of actual needs of anesthesia information management system, this paper focuses on the development environment, techniques, as well as realized functions of anesthesia information management system. First of all, according to the practical application of anesthesia information management system, the system is mainly for three targets: anesthesia doctors, nurses in operation rooms and system administrators. From the perspective of the users of anesthetic system, different users have different roles, and acquire different program access. Doctors, nurses and administrators log in the system through the same program, but they enter into different interfaces. Secondly, techniques and objects of anesthesia information management system, the "two C/S" architecture used in anesthesia information management system and the characteristics of the C/S architecture are described in this paper. Besides, the system's construction process with POWERBUILDER as the major technology is studied and illustrated, and the system is divided into user management module, anesthesia management module and operation management module in accordance with corresponding functions to implement the main functions of anesthesia information management system. Anesthesia doctors can complete the whole process of anesthesia through this system, including preoperative anesthesia preparation, anesthesia arrangements, intraoperative records, etc. It's convenient for nurses in operation rooms to arrange operation, record operation and nursing records, type expenses, operate and make postoperative registration.The anesthesia information management system studied in this paper realizes the standardization management of surgical anesthesia process, improves surgical anesthesia efficiency, realizes the electronic storage, sharing of surgical anesthesia information, Implantable medical devices input and track management, strengthens the construction of hospital information.
