| Medical data information system is widely used in hospitals because of its important functions such as medical data generation,collection,storage and query.However,the traditional medical data information system has the problems of single data type,low data security and difficulties in data sharing.The comprehensive perception,reliable transmission and intelligent processing of the Internet of Things,as well as the characteristics of decentralization,tamper proof,traceability and anonymity of blockchain,provides a new idea for solving the above problems.The thesis focuses on the research on the medical instrument data collection system based on the Internet of Things and the blockchain-based new medical data information system,which has important academic research value and engineering application significance.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In view of the shortcomings of traditional medical information systems,the research status of domestic and foreign research on medical data collection and medical data storage and sharing was analyzed,and the research plan of the thesis was proposed.This thesis studied the super ledger architecture,the related cryptographic theories,and the characteristics of proxy re-encryption algorithm,and a hybrid encryption model was proposed to ensure the security of medical data storage and sharing.(2)The medical data collection system based on the Internet of Things was designed.A portable electrocardiogram(ECG)blood oxygen saturation monitor and medical instrument data collection device were developed to solve the problem of limited data type and data volume during data collection in traditional medical information systems.(3)A Hyperledger Fabric based complete medical data information system was designed,including core modules such as system initialization,data collection and upload,and data query and sharing.A dual-channel deployment architecture based on Fabric and medical chaincode was proposed to realize the management and access control of medical data.This thesis also developed a server and an Android client,completed the model construction and function realization of the medical data information system,and solved the problem of low data security and data sharing difficulties in traditional medical information systems.(4)A comprehensive software and hardware test was performed on the medical data information system.The functional test results show that the medical data information system can realize the complete process of medical data collection,data processing,data upload,data query and data sharing.The performance test shows that the difference of 99% response time of the information system server interface under stable requests of different durations is less than 5%.The throughput of add data is 140 and throughput of query data is 166 under the normal working state of the blockchain.The test results showed that the system is stable in operation,and its functions and performance can meet the requirements of the actual hospital clinical application environment.The Internet of Things and blockchain based medical data information system proposed in this thesis solved some shortcomings of the traditional medical information system,and has been successfully applied to the clinical test of a third-class hospital in Chongqing,which lays the foundation for the research and application of new medical system in the future. |
