Application Of TCM Nursing Combined With Rapid Rehabilitation In Perioperative Period Of Total Knee Arthroplasty

ObjectiveThrough the prospective randomized controlled study,the application of the rapid rehabilitation perioperative nursing program and the TCM nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation perioperative nursing program in the perioperative period of total knee arthroplasty,clear the combination of TCM nursing and rapid rehabilitation in the total knee joint The clinical advantage of replacement perioperative nursing provides a clinical basis for the application of TCM nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation perioperative care in total knee arthroplasty.MethodsFrom March 2018 to December 2018,114 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including the unilateral primary total knee arthroplasty,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The group implemented rapid rehabilitation perioperative nursing.The observation group increased the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention based on the control group,including Chinese medicine diet,emotional care,moxibustion and five-line music therapy.The VAS pain scores of the two groups were recorded at the time of admission,preoperative,postoperative 6h,postoperative 1,2,and 3 days,and at the time of discharge.HAMA pain scores at admission,1 day before surgery,and 3 days after surgery.Anxiety score,joint mobility at the time of admission,1 day postoperatively,3 days postoperatively,HSS knee function score at admission,3 days postoperatively,and detailed postoperative complications,postoperative hospital stay,The first time to get out of bed,the first time to eat and other indicators.The above data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results:A total of 114 patients with unilateral primary total knee arthroplasty who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.There were 57 patients in the observation group and the control group,and there were no cases of shedding.There were no significant differences in gender,age,replacement joint,disease duration,and VAS pain score,HSS knee function score,knee joint activity,and HAMA anxiety score between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparable.The preoperative VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those at admission,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the preoperative VAS scores and the control group(P<0.05).The difference of VAS scores at 1 day,2 days after surgery and discharge was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 days after operation(P<0.05).The HSS knee function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in the last 3 days(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in knee joint activity between 1 day and 3 days after surgery(P>0.05);The HAMA anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group before and 1 day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the first time of bedtime,first time of eating,and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative hospital stay was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with the rapid rehabilitation perioperative nursing program,the combination of TCM nursing and rapid rehabilitation perioperative nursing can better improve the pain symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis,relieve negative emotions such as anxiety,and relieve postoperative resting pain and promote Suffering from knee function recovery and shortening postoperative hospital stay,it has the advantages of safe and painless,no adverse reactions,high patient acceptance and good compliance,which can significantly improve patient satisfaction and is worthy of clinical promotion.
